Thank you for your response. I claim that 458 in Jesus name amen!!!
pejuhazel:
I don't think you'll need TEF if you both max out you IELTS i.e. increase your score to 8 in listening, reading and speaking and 7 in writing, with your husband scoring the same as you your crs will be 458 and with this ITA is sure.

Thank you for your response and sharing. I hope we will have this high score. My hubby doest have time at all to prepare so I assumed that score, if he writes without preparation. But with all these advises you guys gave, I will convince him to prepare for it.

By the way am the one gingering for this whole Canada thing, he is just in the supporters club. undecided

ArcUgo:
Hello @Jenolyfavour, I feel the need to comment on your post. I think you and your spouse are more than capable of getting the maximum score in IELTS with hard work and dedication. My wife and I are age mates with you and we both have Masters, we studied and aimed for the maximum score and even though we didn't quite make it - LWRS - 8.5, 7,7.5,7.5 (my 2nd attempt), 8.5, 6.5, 7.5, 7 ( wifey), our CRS score was 456.

My point is there is no need to write TEF when all you need is 0.5 to either listening or speaking and 8 in reading which is doable.

Side note: How did you come up with the scores for your hubby. Don't you think you are selling him short?

Well, let's watch and see... If i get an ECA, it's acceptable and vice versa

Debsify:
ohk. The thing is that a friend of mine called them last month, and asked ICES if they'll accept statement of results in lieu of certificate, and they told him they won't, that if they don't get a certificate they'll just abandon the application.

But then again on their website they wrote a transcript can be sufficient enough to complete an evaluation. So I don't understand them at all

Not necessarily. There are ways around this for example investing in money market funds e.t.c.

There's more info on packaging POF and whatnot if you carefully peruse page 1

Hi dear, I'm interested in your response. My hubby and I both run different accounts for our money market funds. But now we want to pull the funds together and use his account. How do we go about it?

Evaluate only LLB if using IQAS to get Professional Degree

Evaluate LLB and BL if using WES for 2 or more certificates

Choice is yours

Qlife is way cheaper and the cost difference is even more clearly seen when it's a family. However, getting an appointment with Qlife isn't the easiest thing in the world because they have a backlog. I heard that now with ITA, you can get an appointment on a date that's still within the 60days timeframe sha. Finally you'll have to weigh the options and choose which of the two centres is better for you.

Thanks a lot

There are two links to choose either paper based or computer delivered tests.

Use this instead: https://ieltsregistration.britishcouncil.org/?&_ga=2.108533762.1252705063.1547251936-1449361795.1542148431&_gac=1.196202078.1546586857.CjwKCAiAgrfhBRA3EiwAnfF4ts-RJxj96yL9fmpEKu1ZctrxT88kW8RkRYz2D0AQ321wwPOVt1xIdhoC-VkQAvD_BwE#/test-chooser/ng

Good morning Great NLs

Please I have a question.

We are Post AOR

I have my half sister living with me and wish to relocate with her.

Her mother is late, so also our father .

Please how do I go about it and at what stage in the application process can I add her
You should have done the adoption procedure and added her during your application.. You have a good chance of adding her since her parents are late... I don't know about adding her post AOR.

Go to page one and read the experiences of people that have successfully added dependents outside their kids...

Btw, hope she isn't above 21?

Thanks for your response .
She is 16.

Yes we missed that chance of before AOR because we were told adoption process in Naija takes time and we didn't want any thing to delay our application.
