A family has been left heartbroken following the death of a set of Siamese twins recently in Katsina state. 

The twin babies were conjoined at the stomach, a predicament which saw the family struggle and seek financial assistance from the public for a surgery to separate them, after their delivery. 

Reports have it that the babies passed away by 2.00pm on Friday.

So sad. It's very/more painful to go through after birth treatments that comes with pains too,yet you lost the baby.

If Na me born these Siamese twins that die, I no go dey sad o. I will be happy self.

Guess the pregnancy was not monitored via ultrasound scan to detect this abnormally early? The twins malformation is grossly incompatible with life.
