Ole has probably finish the myth that is the modern day Mourinho. Mourinho's tactic worked very well for him in the past but started to his time at Real - too many stars and player power and social media has increased to disrupt the sort of managerial styles of Maureen and even Alex Ferguson. Even Fergie felt player power with Beckham and he never had too many outright star players - he had his home grown hungry and united players.

Bro, Salient points there. But, we are saying the same thing... Coaching goes beyond giving instructions, it is about leadership, man-management, and building confidence in your players.
Mou started disrespecting this team even before the season took off... You can't bring out the best in people you don't see as winners.
