See Tweets I am greatly saddened that the Chief Justice of Nigeria is even in a position where he could be charged with the breach of any Nigerian law whatsoever. Looking at the issues both from the side of the Prosecutor & that of the Defence, it is difficult to find any positives. https://mobile.twitter.com/DrJoeAbah/status/1084777611031650305 20 Likes 3 Shares

These APC louts are just useless. The CJN declared his assets in 2016 which should ideally supersede whatever he should have declared in 2009. Your assets are only as current as your recent assessment. 78 Likes 3 Shares |

APC have succeeded in diverting our attention from appointment of INEC Aisha Zakari Buhari relation. APC is seriously preparing for election and post election tribunal! hence the need to change the judge 68 Likes 4 Shares |

President Buhari never wanted Justice walter onnoghen as CJN,it was VP yemi Osinbajo that nominated him when yemi was Acting President. It also took southern 30 years to produce a Chief Justice of Nigeria, all these while iit is Just Northern that have been CJN. Now to the issue on ground the matter is now in court or tribunal for lawyers to argue. But this was how they tarnished sakaki's name in the same CCT and found him not guilty. Should they found the CJN not guilty who should be hold responsible for deceiving Nigerians or we will just take it in good fate like saraki case. 31 Likes |

If he is guilty, he should go straight to jail. Look at thieves shouting, this thief is from our region, they should leave him alone. Bastards. 6 Likes 3 Shares |

CCT is not trying him for professional negligence but for criminal acts. Gone are the days of cabals. If you do the crime do the time. This is the big change we voted for. CJN Salary/Annum = N9,012,000 CJN savings in Foreign Accounts alone = N250,500,000. Does he trade in Judgements? For the wailing wailers, If the opposition had been the one to level this allegations against the CJN and Buhari failed to do anything, you guys would still cite his failure to act this close to elections, because the CJN is an ally he wants to use at Tribunals.. Wailers will ALWAYS wail, it's in their DNA.....N.B 45 Likes 8 Shares |

A Southern Sleaze and scum. Not straight forward, coining his words as though he his afraid of taking a definite position. The South south region must hold firm for their own else be forever relegated to oblivion. Regions must strengthened and take common stand in any national discourse. I once thought Nigeria's problems could be solved if we all think nationalism but alas, i was wrong. A particular region is hell bent on it's own agenda thus, every other part must also learn to take tough national positions. It is only then that common sense will return. Things are not always right because they are hard, but if they are right, one must not mind if they are also hard. #Richdad 37 Likes 3 Shares

The case has started already. That is good. What I do not like is media trial or unnecessary intimidation. The police vs Melaye case has too much drama and at the end of the day he's not even been charged for murder but illegal possession of firearm. Same offense Small doctor committed and came out in less than 4 days. Someetimes the drama becomes so much that we only begin to take the matter as one internet comedy skit. 6 Likes |

post=74754136:Lol, not taking sides here but remind me again your response to the issue of Gen. Buratai owning houses in Dubai and how much is his salary as a General. Dont blame the masses for wailing cos they have lost trust in the government as per its antecedence and now believes it has sinister plans for whatever moves it takes....... Selective judgement and total disregard for the rule of law has been the order of the day in this government right from the president himself. 18 Likes 1 Share |

shachris02: Did he declare the domiciliary account in 2016? The man himself came out to claim he forgot to declare the account when he was appointed initially as acting chief justice and since then, he has not bothered to make another declaration. @OP, i support the position of Dr. Joe Abah. A judicial officer should not be immune from prosecution. Hopefully, the constitution will be amended to take care of gaps like this. 2 Likes |
