Sbsrules: Oups,dont mind them Some people dont know that night time are meant for certain type BoneBeings which have some spiritual powers in which i have seen some who are more than 3000 yrs old.Leave them dont arque with them,Cos i fully understand what you mean. |

Sbsrules:I'm heavily with u on this..though I don't believe in the demons part. Indeed only someone who's had a similar experience with u would understand perfectly. The issue is the terrible negative effects show up when this has been done in excess for a very long period of time. The reason why many don't see d -ve effects is that they manage to pay up their sleep debts with naps or taking breaks from doing nyt plans. The main danger is accumulating sleep debt. Thank God airtel removed 1.5 GB for 200. So I now do N350 for 1gb daily so I completely no longer do night plans no matter what. The negative effects of long term sleep deprivation viz high bp, premature ageing, poor memory and concentration or focus, high resting heart rate and u stand a high risk of having psychological issues like insomnia, anxiety disorder and depression. I'm not joking I've experienced every single one of these. So make decisions to not do night plans, replace with a manageable daytime plan/bundle and start paying up your sleep debt. I've learnt that it can cause dementia later in life and lots more. 2 Likes |

Sbsrules:Lwkm oooO catching my breathe.... lemme tell u something, these are mere illusions from your imaginative, me as a person, i can read all night, i can say my prayers an hour at midnight,back then, i play PS2&3 all night, I equally brows all through the night and still carry out the days activities without stress,Night Browsing is simply cheaper cos u depriving yourself of something important which is 'Sleep' and not relating it to some demonic aspects, but in as much as i understand where u arriving at, the only thing i can agree with u during night browsing is that "90% chance u may come in contact with pornsite" that may lead u astray |

alex81:Nope. But your bp and resting heart rate will be high...do it for abt 2wks I bet u can easily get micro tremors and palpitations if u re triggered. Ur focus will be poorer and u wont peform optimally @ tasks like driving n studying. Sha did is just d case in abt 90sth % of humans. |

alex81:Actually lack of sleep kills over time and 8 hours is the ideal time to recuperate.. You can't cheat nature,have you ever really sat down and wonder on the reason animals need their sleep time.. Not saying night browsing is bad,but in everything we do moderation is the key.. |
