first, go to google for the meaning of corps the you with that knowledge, you may understand that kneeling down is nothing as punishment in the course of their training. you can't gladly embrace the benefits that comes with the name while denying the disadvantages. when I was serving, I traveled to my home town unaware of curfew at at that time but because I was wearing my uniform and ID card, I was allowed to walk to my house through a good number armies all over the place. a set of the armies I met on the way almost went into one of the houses around to call a bike man to take me to my house but in the second thought that the bike man will find it difficult to return alone, I had to trek. that is one of the benefits that comes with it after going through the training. to an extent you are recognise as one of them reason being that you have taste, to an extent what they tasted. even in United Kingdom and United States, corps members serve more punishment when they commit offence against their boss than just being asked to kneel down
