So despite working as a doctor in hospital A for 11 months and then hospital B for 7 months, i don't meet the continuous work criteria?

PS. Hospital A is my NYSC, so what happens if i include the three weeks NYSC camping?

If you are a doctor, internship counts as work experience. So start counting from there.

PS: like our elders say on this thread, please read page 1 very well. You will see PPR scripts of those who used housemanship and nysc to claim points for work experience

You can invest your money in treasury bills quite alright. However, the amount you say you have isn't up to what you need as a single applicant so I don't really get your question.

Yeah i hope to use the 2m to buy tbills so i dont have to show 6months statement

Then get gift deed in addition

As an evidence that you actually authorised WAEC to release your result to a third party.
Thanks. I think that would have to be done at the court right?

Hello guys, please I have a friend who has submitted her PR application since December 26th, 2018. She received AOR immediately but till date, 14th January 2019 she still hasn't been sent biometrics requirements. Please is this normal or is she supposed to contact CIC?
It's normal, she should be patient, it'll come soon

You can send any copy of the transcript you have. Not necessarily the same copy sent by your school.

Send you transcript and you are dead! A transcript is a confidential document, how do you explain how you got it and even went as far as scanning it.

Stop making suggestions based on assumptions. Unless if you have done it yourself and it worked.

Please for those who used ICES for credential evaluation. ICES requires that a scan copy of transcript should be uploaded aside certificate. Is this compulsory or the transcript the school would be sending to them should suffice. Asking because there is no student copy of transcript at the moment to upload. Thanks

I will suggest you leave that place empty as your uni will be sending it. Don't forget however to give your uni your reference number as that is what they will use to match up the docs in your application. Or wait for someone who has actually done it to come to your aid.
Cheers.

FROM ICES WEBSITE
These documents must be sent directly to ICES from your educational institution or educational authority.

For a document to be considered official, it must meet the following standards:
Mailed from educational institution directly to ICES office
Document has never been handled by client, client’s friend or relative
Bears proper seals, signatures, and postal markings

Search the thread for the link to the December whatsapp group and send it to your friend to join. There she can track how other December AORs are getting MEP/BIL from Dec 1 to Dec 26. It is usually gotten sequentially from one day to the next. It is currently gotten around 30-45 days post-AOR, though I think it might reduce as time goes on.

Hi guys! Please I need some advice I am hoping to apply for EE soon. I am single with a child. I am done writing IELTS and my ECA is in progress. Now, the father of my child is a divorcee (not finalized yet) and we are planning to get married when it is finalized. The divorce is not finalized yet and we are hoping it is done before I get my ECA. The process is taking longer than I expected, Now I am thinking of applying as a single mother then maybe add him later (when we are married) after AOR or post ITA or should I just wait till his divorce is finalized and then marry and apply as married from the beginning of the application? Also, would he need to show proof that he is divorced or that’s in the past and doesn’t concern the EE application? P.S I would be the PA. Thanks!

Start the process, you can add him post AOR. If you submit before your marriage, he will need to write consent letters for your child.

He probably won't need to show proof of divorce but have it in hand anyway and be sure it's finalized before you get married. Bigamy is a crime in Canada.

Good evening all

WES sent me a mail last week Wednesday that documents have been sent back to my School for verification but when I checked with the School on Friday, they said they've not seen my mail, that I may have to wait for the hard copy sent by post.

-Please has anyone experience this (School not receiving WES mail) before?

-Please does anyone have an idea of how long it takes for the hard copy sent via post to get to Nigeria?
Approximately three weeks. Could be less

I didn't use NYSC as work experience but lots of people do. Hopefully they weigh in on it.

Note:
Include your ICES BCIT Client Number as part of your personal details for your transcript
ICES do not require O’level (WAEC or NECO) certificate to evaluate your post-secondary credentials
Convert your JPG file to PDF using https://jpg2pdf.com/ or https://smallpdf.com/jpg-to-pdf

Best wishes.

Good day, thank you for the information on ICES ECA processing. However, I need a little clarification on this. I read on ICES website that some countries have specific requirement in which WAEC/NECO/GCE were mentioned for Nigeria. Please confirm if this does is not compulsory for a post secondary certificate holder.

Thank you in anticipation
Thank you

From experience and vast testimonies on the thread, it's not required. Except you want to specifically evaluate the WAEC/NECO as credentials.

Hi E-family,
I just received this email in my cic inbox. Can someone please explain the highlighted section?
Has anyone received similar message?
Does it mean I will not qualify for EE ITAs if my CRS points meet the next draws?
Somebody help!!!

Is that what ICES told you? Did you use ICES and they demanded your school should send statement of results themselves?

It simply means you have received a NOI for Ontario PNP.

If you accept, you will have a defined no of days to submit your application for the PNP.

If you don't accept, it does not affect you getting ITA directly. What is your crs score?

Thanks for your prompt response, am currently at 439; hoping to write another IELTS to get to 443

Your choice:

1. Accept the NOI and proceed.
2. Decline, rewrite IELTS or hope the draw points come down soon.

You have to weigh the risks. You don't have to accept or decline immediately. There's some time to make a good decision.
