I look around and i wonder how a Society can Sink sooo low I used to be able to Cope With it then when My Mum was alive she Would cheer me up, cook for me, gist and use Humour to deal with the absurdities we see and read about in Nigeria. But since she passed on less than a Year ago. It is become even more difficult

It is called “depression” due to one or more factors.

I WORK HARDER AND TAKE ONE DAY AT A TIME.

When I am at work, I forget EVERYTHING.

Then one day, I forget what gone me down in the first place.

Remember your mom's love and forge ahead.

Always remember that nothing lasts forever and no matter how long it's been raining, the sun will come out and shine once again.

Whenever something worries you, get a piece of paper and write it down. All of it on one side and then try and write the solution, the steps you should take beside it.

This takes the problem off your mind and unto the paper. Besides it gives your mind the assurance and illusion that you are dealing with the problem.

If it is a problem you can't do anything about, then your mind will realize that and stop obsessing.

Don't stay indoors alone. Visit friends or something. Where there life, there's always hope. Read about the founder of Alibaba and you'll get hope by force.

You need to pay some attention to those who are sane and stop spending time on the insane
