It appears you can only remain a PR when you didn't meet up with your residency obligations if:
a. your PR card expires with you in Canada,
b. you decide not to leave the country again,
c. you decide not to apply for a new PR card and
d. you avoid legal issues that can lead to a removal order.

Once you have to apply for a PR card or a PRTD, a decision will be made on your PR status.

I doubt WES has anything to do with NCA and it's assessment.

Thanks for your response dear. I called NCA today (Jan. 14, 2019) to ask if they accept credentials from WES, and they answered in the affirmative. It saves me some time and money.

Depends on what you’re willing to do

Trade certificates aren’t very expensive and you could get a job in plants and sites and make very good money . However the job isn’t easy and takes away family time although if you weren’t working like crazy you could still be making like 70k. I know a 35 yo guy who’s been working as a welder for 10 yrs and earns 150K.. Also there’s dignity of labour so no one will look down on you for any legal occupation

Secondly if you want the professional route you could start by making doing some canadian certifications fixing up your resume and applying to jobs. They’ll likelt be entry level and will not pay too much initially but it’s a start and you’ll have something to do . If you’re technology inclined no harm in trying to pick up software / web development BUT only if that’s what you’re passionate about

I get that. My point is that you can start another business in Canada. Even importing and exporting.

Like @maternal advised, relax, research and prepare an action plan. You already have the business experience, you have many options. One option: You already have a supply network in China/Hong Kong. You only need to find a demand chain in Canada.

congratulations on your immigration. you could as well continue doing business, since that's what you are into presently, arrive in the country and do a survey of your environment. or you could learn a trades ( electricians or plumbers). but trades take 4 years of apprenticeship.

I quite agree with you. Leaving the country to start life afresh in a place where you don't know what to expect, especially when it seems the odds aren't in your favour is no small feat.

It's surprising he would spew insults just to appear blunt.
