I don't see anything wrong with his statement. If an applicant does not move the spouse's work experience to personal history, he/she will have to submit the spouse' reference letter. A PA may wish to include the spouse reference letter because the bulk of POF came from the spouse. Someone structured her application like that and explained in her PPR story on an earlier thread. @pepe1 kfrosh: 3 Likes |

kfrosh:You see, I decided to reply you just for the benefit of others. In trying to stamp your authority on this process, you clearly did not get my advice to Op. Some months back, someone on an earlier thread reported that she/he got an ADR for spouse work reference and I think even pay stubs, even though the spouse was not the PA and employment was in Personal History. The VO wanted to ascertain that the spouse could come up with such amount for POF and the only way to do that was to verify his/her work experience that was clearly placed in personal history. Back to my advice to the Op, and I hope you'll be calm enough to not miss it this time. If a large chunk of their POF would be from the spouse, it's advisable to include his work reference letter. 12 Likes |

ChinenyeT: Where did you do your Police Clearance Certificate(PCC)? Abuja or Lagos? A general question to the house: CIC website only put Algbon as the venue for the PCC. Has anybody used that Police headquarters in Abuja for PCC and got PPR without any issues? Abuja location is closer to me. |

HELP!!!!!!!!!! 1. Please, how can I delete an express entry profile which I have submitted 2. Also, I just created my profile and it states ''I am no longer eligible to apply for the express entry'' How do I resolve this?? 3. My husband isn't having his cert evaluated or taking an IELTS test because our score is high without him having to do that. Hence under education, do I fill ''No post-secondary study'' and under English test, do I fill ''None''? this is to prevent them including it in his CRS score calculation I am trying to figure out why d profile suddenly turned ineligible Thank you guys for your anticipated response |

I need your advice concerning proof of work experience. I already have my letters from my previous places of work which make up over 3 years of experience. However, for the past almost 2 years, I haven't gotten any serious full-time job. I have been into many things: irregular hours on different activities which are mainly cash-on-hand transactions, and the present job descriptions are totally unrelated to the NOC for my previous jobs for which I have letters of experience. Is it safe to put unemployed for the past 2 years in personal history? Or I should just cook up something(maybe, say business). In a case like this where I am not going to submit any letter of experience for a current job(I have letters from previous jobs), is a LOE necessary to explain why? |

Hi guys, I need all the motivation I can get. I wrote BC IELTS first time on 13th of October, 2018. I had LWRS -7.5, 6,6, 7 I braced myself up and rewrote on 1st of December, 2018, LWRS - 8.5, 6.5, 7.5, 8 I applied for remark (writing) on 20th of December, 2018. I went to pick my EOR yesterday and it came back unchanged. Why is BC like this? I only needed 0.5 Sorry to bore you guys. Congratulations to those who just got PPR. 2 Likes |

fabiomatic: So sorry bro. I can feel your pain. But you can make it again. I can feel it. There was a huge upgrade from your first to second attempt. Your third will be better. Practise more of writing. Also you may need to do more of exam-condition kind of practice. Do all LWRS at a go multiple times. It will increase your stamina and freshness during writing, so you can think properly and write better. Give writing samples to people who got above 7 to scrutinize and correct you. You seem okay, for me. You are half-way in Canada. With intensive practice you should be able to do your next IELTS in 6 weeks. Also, a positive and confident mindset helps. Bounce into the hall like a conqueror. It always works for me, especially after I know I have prepared very hard. 10 Likes |
