Its obvious a deal allowing atifiku to lobby in the u.s was done, and u.s President trump would is definitely the dirty kind of man who would do this. And due to his strong position during this deal, atifiku would have offered him a deal of a life time. I can imagine who would pay the price of such a deal would be simple. Nigerians. Because if our President is willing to sell us out for a visa, I doubt he really cares about u.s living of dying, its all just business to him.
