A customer sent his Samsung galaxy s8 from Ilorin to our Lagos office yesterday. Phone received.

The phone got cracked but he was still using it, it already got ink.


We told him he should have fixed the cracked immediately it got cracked before it started having inks.

He was told the ink can spread during repair but he said he's going ahead with it.

And we removed the glass successfully....
