Infact the reason why US & UK have refused to sell any arms to Nigeria is because they know the cowardly forces will hand them to Boko Haram at the first sound of gun fire. They have trained them and fought along them - they know they are not only corrupt but cowardly.

But ,all the north Eastern(Mandera,Garissa,Wajir) parts of Kenya still looks like dabab, and 70% of other Provinces of Kenya looks like that too .
