It would have been more better if Obasanjo can just respect himself and keep away from the terrain of Nigeria political well being

He is the first murderer of our economy.And also one whose words can not be trusted in every way round.

Having the thought that Buhari will rig the election is just showing defeat,knowing that he will win the election.

And that fear of defeat is what is giving all of them sleepless nights and they don't have any other excuse to accept their defeat than to cry" rigging".

OBJ isn't a fan of Atiku but he knows Buhari would be a disaster for the country .

The country has already experienced 4years of pitiful debt laden growth and it will be another 4 years of same.

The debt to GDP ratio was 12% of GDP in 2014 but now 22% to GDP. It would probably it 30% in 4 years time.

Simply constructing building infrastructure projects here and there with borrowed money with weak economic growth rates of 2-3% is a recipe for disguised economic ruin.

Poor economic growth rates do far more damage to an economy than corruption.

The country over the past 4 years has probably lost $60b of economic growth and a loss of over 11m jobs.

Is that worse or better than what was lost under corruption?

Buhari just a few days ago at a rally beamed live on TV called the APC gubernatorial candidate of Delta state Great Ogboru "our presidential candidate". Even when corrected, he still made another blunder by calling him senatorial candidate. A few days before that Buhari had also said he got into office as president in March 15,2015 instead of May 29,2015.

Clearly, Buhari is not in charge of anything like his wife has always publicly said.

Shameful as it is however, there are many even here on nairaland who thinks everything he says or do is right.

Obasanjo doesn't care a hoot about Nigeria. It is about his bloated ego. If I may ask, what happened to the 'Atiku corruption realities' he trumpeted for many years until he saw that the only way to save his ego against Buhari was to go back to his vomit and support the same 'corrupt' Atiku? What happened to his assertion that God will not forgive him if he supports Atiku, knowing what he knew about him?. He has forgotten that God is not mocked because He rules!

Obasanjo is really a shameless man. The same obj that killed off nigeria airways, bank of the north, nitel, alscom, cement company of northern nigeria, nigeria textiles ltd, anamco, peugeot automobile company kaduna, volkswagen lagos, bridgestone tyres lagos, nipost, afcot cotton gineries, and so many more thriving industries. He spend 16billion dollars on electricity yet by 2007 we only generated 3000MW, failed to revive railways, failed to reconstruct lagos ibadan expressway, second niger bridge, interstate highways throughout the country, failed on agriculture, ordered genocide in zakibiam and odi, rigged yaradua to power, almost imposed third term on us, had no social intervention programs for the poor at all, sold national assets to his friends, failed to revive our refineries or built others, etc etc. It is this same obj that has no shame to talk? To hell with u mehn. Nigeria has successfully moved pass your type, you are so insignificant in our national affairs, and thank god for that, buhari till 2023
