Refurbishing business will yield fast. Get used equipment like earth machines, Generators, compressors etc from companies and refurbished them for sales. All u need is just a little space.

If i were you, i will invest in non physical business like stocks(treasury bill or fg bond is more preferable) as you can peacefully earn your little profit with a peace of mind.

Food business is also good at this moment as no matter what, people will still eat. You can get a store and start selling bags of rice or semovita etc. And with 15m, you can get a small bus and hire some marketers to enhance your sale.

Real estate is another good investment. With 15m, you can build 4 mini 2 bedroom flats(with land) at city center and start collecting rent for life.

Now I have a grand idea where I could sell food to students(its a student populated area in Lagos around lasu) same model was used by "item7 a popular eatery in Ilorin (anybody affiliated with university of Ilorin would know item7)its very simple, Im targeting students, young people and all people generally... I sell them delicious rice(fried and jollof with chicken and beef+dodo) in a package take away at a stated price....

If I may, this idea came as a result of no such services offered in the "iba lasu area where I reside now.... I have begun asking around(total strangers mostly) if they'd patronize such idea and feedback has been positive... It's actually what they needed, I would too if I could find something like that....
