I suggest you reduce the price to reflect current realities. Check Jiji and other classifieds sites for prices of similar items.

I dont even get what the problem is on this thread anymore, must there be a comment (some even go as far as insulting) on the prices stated. Even if you want to comment must you use offensive words?

You negotiate if its negotiable or you ignore if its non negotiable and you are not okay with the price.

How hard is that?

Even in the open market your bargaining power is key.

That’s what brings me to this thread. If there’s anyone here moving out of a 2-bedroom flat and wants to sublet I would be interested.

I have been searching for a 2-bedroom flat on the Lagos mainland, however my cashflow is such that I cannot afford to pay in advance for a yearly tenancy (after factoring fees) at this time.

I would appreciate a landlord/agent here who would be willing to accept a monthly, quarterly or at most a half-yearly tenancy. I can set up a direct debit mandate for the rent as I have a stable income.

I would appreciate any leads. Thank you.
