all pipes ( both round and square mild steel) comes in 18feet per length but they have different thickness (also black and China white)which determines the price

you are most welcome sir, reflective glasses means when you are inside the house, someone from outside will not be able to see you, but you can see them clearly, those who are looking at the glass from outside will be seeing themselves like they are looking at the mirror, but non reflective is like ordinary glasses, those outside can see inside and those inside can see people outside, this glasses are now outdated actually people don't use that anymore expect for special cases or purposes, reflective glasses is better sir.

@nio68 hello sir, Berger paint is good but very expensive, you may want to visit their office at 102 oba akran, opposite Guinness Nigeria or wait for painters in the house to contribute their own quota.

Oga @Adedward, the truth is there is no way a 4x4 (1200mm x 1200mm) aluminium casement window using Original Tower materials will cost you 28,000 with installation. Attached is a waybill of materials I bought last year directly from Tower Aluminium and each unit of our 4x4 window cost us about 47,000 or so..

The purpose of this is to inform the people who don't know the difference between China (light and thick) profiles and Tower profile. If you quote 28,000 for a Client another contractor quotes 48,000 naira the client would think the other person is trying to cheat him.

All I'm saying is, be truthful with the material you want to use. There is nothing like "Tower standard". If you don't buy from Tower, it is not Tower.

This same thing happens in roofing. For example, Some people quote 0.45mm "Tower standard" for house owners for 1200 whereas Tower sells for about 1700 direct from the Factory. So how did they get their own for 1200? Some clients would even call me thief because they don't know the difference.

I've been doing business here for many years and One thing my clients know is you always get what is agreed on. So, Oga, try to make your advert very sincere.

I have supplied terrace houses for sale both in lagos and abuja and the price is reasonable and competitive. Most importantly, the quality is competitive and meets international standard because international (imported) materials are used.

First is the installation Problem, if you use unprofessional and bad installers you will have leakages

Second point is the gauge, my advice, use 0.55 gauge for either stepped tiles or metcop because of their corrugating designs


Third, the machines use in corrugating the aluminum, some aluminum company corrugating machines are bad, and they will use it to corrugate for you any way.

Bottom line; if you get 0.70mm guage for unprofessional installers, they will mess up your roofing sheets, it will look rough and leak water, my advice is that don't use 0.45mm for stepped tiles and Metcopo, 0.45mm gauge is only good for long span, metral or normal design, get professional aluminum installers, we charge only just N150 per square meter to one install your either long span, stepped tiles and metcopo, and N170 per square meter for stone coated.

Long span 0.45mm today price N1, 120

Standard price should be between 25,000 - 30,000.

I don't think there is a standard price. It depends on the structural designs, things like the section of beams, slab thickness, the diameter of reinforcement, grade of concretes and so many other variables that can only be gotten from a detail structural design
