There is one.
I had to uninstall my WhatsApp yesterday evening because none of my Xiaomi phones could send or deliver WhatsApp messages.
Even almighty pocophone, mi 8, mix 3
I've formatted it anyways.
The bug still persists. Tho I later learnt even Sammy note 9, huawei mate 20pro had same issue with WhatsApp that yesterday but b like na xiaomi transfer the bug give dem
Time to evacuate all xiaomi from the planet sef. They are becoming infective

I left a 4G coverage area and my phone isn't bringing 4G, bug!
My phone doesn't support band 28 and I can't use glo 4G, bug!
my redmi note 5 can't charge wirelessly bug!
It went off when my battery was 0%, na bug o.

Please just go with what I suggested so you can favor the seller a little... If you don't know how to go about the PayPal ish, I can create time and post the steps here on this thread

The package eventually came. I got a call today to come collect it at the post office. It was an 11/11 purchase.
There was no need to do the PayPal stuff in the end.
