Advice needed for Despatched items in December that have so far not received. Should we agree to extension of buyer's protection period in February or open Dispute for refund ? Is there hope those items will eventually surface in Nigeria?

i

The seller can suggest an extension only when the buyer keeps pestering him / her even when it's not yet 60 days.

Wait for 60 days before asking for refund or extension

It's not looking good. Like an entire consignment to Nigeria was lost in transit. I have AES Dec 4th dispatched and it will be 60 days on Feb 2nd. No point in extending anything. I just want my money back, the whole customs thing too is leaving a bad taste.

The way Mix 3 Price keeps dropping ehn, any wise person wouldn't hurriedly jump on that Redmi Note 7 bandwagon.

i think I'm having a change of mind already. As my note 5 AI has failed to arrive. I think it's the nokia X5. What's your advice based on your small overall usage
