Really sorry for d delays...i don't knw y i can't reply mails via dis platform.
I didn't submit any financial records. I got admission, then paid fees(tuition deposit) b4 i got my COE.
You shud check dat evidentiary tool someone posted to knw if ur school wud require financial documents.

I intend applying for July 2019 studies are there chances of getting visa for July study if I apply by Aprill 2019?

Kindly advice the schools in NSW that require agents. I have checked the pages of a couple of them, and I have not seen any requiring agent. I want to be sure, so I can approach the process more effectively.

Google PFL education consultancy, I stumbled upon them online today, called their office here in Abj, they recommended this ‘Macquarie university’ to me

Certifying documents is not compulsory, I did not certify any doc n still got my grant.

For Western Sydney university, they ll direct to 5 agents u ll choose from.

All Universities in Australia require using an agent because Nigeria is an high risk country (Assessment Level 3) if you don’t see any don’t worry yourself because they will send you the details of there representative in Nigeria

I am using Expert education, and they do not charge for admission processing. They only charge for Visa processing service.

They only charge after you receive your offer letter.

They charge 70k.
