Dear #DealAlert buyers, yall should learn to read the description of a #DealAlert very well before messaging, I try more often than not to be very detailed on my deals but some people would still be asking questions that are already in the description, its time wasting for both parties. Eg... deal says phone only, buyer will ask “does it have charger?” haba mana

Furthermore, I'm only here to conduct my business/hustle in a legitimate way and my reputation/integrity has never been in doubt for over 10 years of being a nairalander, please if you do not trust me, dont bother to message me about a deal. For all deals I post here, I make full payments to picker/shipper so when you contact me be ready to make full payments to me or the picker. If two persons contact me for a deal, and one decides to pay to picker/shipper and another pays directly to me, I'm more likely to give the deal to the person that pays to me directly reason being that i can instantly confirm payment. For those that want to pay to picker, the deal/item will only be marked sold when picker confirms that he has received payment, if Mr A send me payment directly and i confirm before shipper gets to me about you, the deal will be going to Mr A.

In as much as we are all trying to be careful and be on the safe side, i strongly believe that if you dont trust someone, dont deal with them. Drops mic

Just an honest person is giving you the full details unlike most people in Nigeria where chats are answered as if the person will be persecuted and the jail time will then be based on the number of words used in a reply.

@Lionlee216 as much as I understand some of the inherent challenges (most of which you have explained many tines) you face doing pick ups, it is my honest feeling that you are also part of the reason why some of those challenges keeps happening repeatedly.

You always complain how clients send you numerous messages, some times repetitively, while you are driving, and how this pushes down other important pick up Info's.

I will just save us the epistle and give a recent example to drive home my point.

A client sends you pick up infos, you responded and acknowledged, and subsequently ask client to make payment. Payment made and confirmed, and viola, it takes forever to give client update on the probable outcome of pickup.

Next day, while still leaving client in the dark, you set out to handle pick up requests from different clients. This to me would only make the client (depending on how patient he is) to start flooding you with messages.

I think you should as matter of courtesy, update a client who has made payment for any item, on the status of his request, either ways. This isn't so difficult to do. That way he knows for sure how to make his next move.

Today is almost gone, yet clients who got to pay to you on deals I brokered, are yet to know the status of the pick up. Will it be fair to complain if they start flooding you with messages while you may be focused on handling today's pick ups?
