These skinny guys are with excess guts. The single most important quality of a leader is guts or courage not even wisdom as he can easily tamp other people brain but not their guts. GEJ was a complete coward that's why he could not rig the 2015 election  and conceded defeat like a chicken.Buhari will probably not only rig 2019 but may be thinking of life presidency with his excess guts all that is required is to forcefully change the Constitution and impose it on Nigerians who can only rant in social media for one week and go on with their lives.
