my question which everyone refuse to answer,
1. can you investigate yourself?
njc is to investigate every other Justices and judges and recommend their suspension or removal,
2. njc is suppose to investigate alleged crime by Justices and judges,
but in this case, investigation is not necessary because cjn has already admitted to the crime. which does not demand for further investigation.

3. this is the first time cjn which is the chairperson of njc is be accuse of crime,

and you expect cjn to chair his own case.

the standard Rule around the globe is for cjn to step down from his own case.

we should allow Tanko to set up commitee to recommend for onnogen final removal.

You should have left that to the internal politics of the NJC and not allow Buhari commit sacrilege by attempting to wield a power he doesn't have .. The Judiciary will always stand united against any affront on their independence..Buhari can never win this and by Friday you will know

Maybe South Africa, Gabon, Mozambique, Angola and co have all gone down since the émergence of Boko and Herdsmen

base on your question,
if senete can remove president or if cjn can remove cjn, the answer is yes.

but if we are to go by pdp or NBA logic, nobody can remove cjn even if admitted to the crime.

this is the first time for cjn to be a judge in his own case.
and is not constitutional.
in such a lacuna in the constitution, you apply a standard Rule or a Golden Rule governing the universe, that a judge can not be a judge in his own case. and a saner clime such a judge will step down,.
no two ways about it.

Those taking the dullard on this suicidal mission will soon dump him halfway. Even Lair Mohammed was cautious with his statement today putting everything on Buharis doorsteps.

The CCT man is gone, same as Abubakar Malami and the Usurper Justice Tanko Mohammed can also kiss the chance of ever becoming CJN after CJN Walter Onnoghen bye bye.

Good to know Osinbajo is still a cunning little man, and that's why he will never give his opinion on this rape on the Judiciary, neither will Fashola or even the talkative Keyamo.

Buhari is clearly on his own.

The hopes of this satanic party called PDP have been dashed again with these cautious statements from the EU & US. These oyinbo people clearly don't have a grasp of the CCT order which empowered Buhari to suspend the CJN. They are just showing general concern in the matter based on the hot air that PDP is blowing over the issue, and asking all sides to respect the law(which Buhari has already done with the CCT order). To the utter shame of Atiku, onnoghen, wike and PDP, the US & EU have refused to call for the suspension to be reversed.

How old are you ?

The same way the international community where communicating with , buhari and jagaban 2015...to push Jonathan out , selling corruption to us...
Corruption that started since 1914.

2019 reply the same communicating with Atiku, Obj , Obi. For your information They will hold on to something to take action.

If you know, you will say yes.

This case is over a one year now. Why has Buhari not suspended the CCT Chairman? Because of Buhari's nepotism, of course.

You PDP sycophants are not even serious!

And the APC is aware of all this your aligations and yet have refused to sue and try him in a court of competent jurisdiction ?

The issue of concern here is the suspension of the CJN how come all this years CCT didn't try the CJN but few weeks into the general elections boom his case file is open main while Buhari refused to sign the electorial act into law on the ground that it is going to disturb the polity

Yet CJN was relieved of his duties on the eve of constituting the election tribunal. .

"YOU CANNOT PUT A CROWN ON A CLOWN AND EXPECT A KING...."

History Being Repeated?

In 1983 :

$1 = N 1
£1 = N2 ;

Volkswagen Beetle = N1,400 ;

Food was in abundance ;

Kids were in schools;

Businesses were booming with vibrant economy and people were gainfully employed ;

No illegal arrests or media trials ;

Rule of law was maintained, etc.
|
|
|

But, on 31 December 1983, he and his group struck, under the pretence of willing to tackle "perceived"
widespread corruption", and, within few months :
.
$1 = N15
£1 = N40 ;

Volkswagen Beetle car = N8, 000 ;

Kids dropped out of school because their parents couldn't afford their school fees anymore ;

Businesses closed down and relocated to other countries ;

Foods were rationed as people queued up for essential commodities ;

Many Nigerians lost their jobs because the economy collapsed ;

Innocent Nigerians were arrested for free speech and human rights violated with impunity under "Decree 4" ;

The Constitution was suspended, etc.

He blamed Shehu Shagari's administration for the mess.

He blamed corruption, yet he jailed Dr. Alex
Ekwueme (the then Vice President) but left Shehu
Shagari (the President) in his palace.
|
|
|
But when another group threw him out in 1985, within few months, Nigerians started smiling again. Our kids returned to school,
food was in abundance again, Nigerians got their jobs back and the economy was revived etc.

|
|
|

In 2015:
.
$1 = N175-190
£1 = N289-320 ;

Cars were affordable, with local
manufacturers smiling to the bank ;

Food was in abundance (at least a bag of rice was N7, 000, etc,) ;

Kids were in school ;

Businesses were booming with vibrant economy rated #1 in Africa after recapitalization ;

No illegal arrests or media trials ; etc.
|
|
|

On 29 May, 2015, when he was 'Jega-ed' into power :

$1 = N315-510
£1 = N550-610 ;

Local car manufactures shut down their plants due to harsh operating economic conditions ;

Famine was unleashed on Nigerians and a bag of rice rose to N22, 000 ;

Minimum wage remained N18,000 ;

Kids dropped out of schools;

Businesses closed down and related ;

Millions lost their jobs ;
Inflation is in double digits, etc.

Just like in 1985, he's blaming corruption and his predecessor for the same mess he and others before him created within few months of assumption of office.

Now in 2019 waiting for the election.

THE CHOICE IS OURS.

One repeats :

"YOU CANNOT PUT A CROWN ON A CLOWN AND EXPECT A KING.

A competent court ordered the president to suspend the CJN and the order has been upheld.
What has the FG done wrong? Which part of the constitution was violated in carrying out the order of the court?
Is the CCT not constitutionally empowered to exclusively hear cases relates to code of conduct of public office holder?
The right thing for everyone involved to do is to go and argue the competency of the court or bring charges against the FG for obeying court order.
