I have come to a conclusion in my mind that Nigerian lecturers are one of the most wicked set of people you can ever come across. Wicked, inconsiderate set of sadists.

Very bunch of inconsiderate and unintelligent fellows. Yet they will be forming over sabi. If you happen to school abroad, you will hate Nigerian lecturers. In Uk, if you see how renowned Professors and scholars relates with their students in terms of academics, you will know that Nigerian Lecturers are just sadists.

Always playing god and forming super intelligent yet have nothing to offer.

Nigerian lady was left distraught after losing her masters admission and scholarship due to the ongoing nationwide ASUU strike.

The lady identified as, Nwede Chiamaka Stella Maris took to her Facebook to narrate how she lost her foreign masters admission and scholarship because she was not able to submit my complete transcript and reference letters. She wrote;

Sad Saturday
I lost my master admission from university of cape town south Africa scholarship for final years student from South African women in science and engineering (SAWISE)
I lose the scholarship and admission because I was not able to submit my complete transcript and reference letters.( one of my wicked lecturer I mention his name as referee disappointed me,even thou I told him before submitting it ).
ASUU,NANS and FG continue
So painful
After my struggle
After my wonderful essay
After gaining admission to best university in African
After gaining best scholarship from SAWISE
Master that suppose to start in November or December
All of them is now a waste
My village people
Not angry much cos I just apply for it to try my luck for the first time.

I think I blame this lady for thinking of adding an alleged wicked lecturer as referee. The questions that seeks answers are
1. What has transcript got to do with ASUU instead of ssanu or Nasu?
2. Are there no other lecturers in that school that we will act as referee?
3. Couldn't she sought for lecturers in other schools most it be public university?
Please blame yourself not ASUU. You are not the first person to apply for scholarship. You didn't apply wisdom at all probably there was no rapport between you and other lecturers. Acting as a referee is one of the easiest thing many lecturers does. They see as a thing of joy whether they are on strike or not

ASUU strike has no effect on her transcript application
Acting as a ref means you must have a certain degree of personal relationship which is not just about lecturer/students relationship but more of a mentorship, she could have called the lecturer to fix an appointment so she can get the letter from him, some lecturers even tell you to draft the letter, while they just vet it and sign off on it.
The girl never ready for admission in my own view, what if the initial name she submitted die, she no go write the school pleading for replacement

What if she was through with her final defence and submitted all her project hard copies to the department before ASUU Strike. Or dont you know that before your transcript will be ready, there have to be a university senate meeting to approve your results.
Who do you think makes up these senate,are they not academic staffs?.
