Hello my fellow nairalanders who have attended Glo customer care interview before, how is it like? What are the likely questions to be asked?

Hello, pls how did you apply b'cos have been looking for ways to apply to GLO and what's their requirement? Thk you.

I worked there until last year. The only question they asked during my interview was "Tell me about yourself?" But that question is loaded. They want you to tell them everytHng about yourself: your name, skills, profile, educational and work background, etc. While you talk they will be listening and watching you.

Don't know what they are looking for but they usually get what they want

I submitted my CV at their office in V.I, Lagos

Thanks, I can only speak one Nigeria Language fluently, and have basic knowledge of another one.

Got an interview for 1 Sep @ Abuja. Same customer care.

Recruitment Processes have changed now, don't know how it's done now. I think there's apptitude test now, so just prepare for it.
