na anxiety cause am truly, mine initially read 150/90, when I got back to my location I rechecked it read 120/80. but wat really caused mine was stressed and anxiety. the day I got call from Army HQ was the day I rushed to get the remaining items I will need in NDA, that same day I left Abeokuta for Kaduna journey. if I had known it will affect my BP I would have taken right precarious. Above all, Allahu Allam (Allah Knows Best).

My doctor tell me say ma show hospital for scanning.

I think u should do d same, go hospital tell dem say u get BP issues make dem carry out test on yr kidney and liver etc. Make we no jst conclude say na anxiety.

To repair damage is more costlier dan preventing damage.

To stabilize ur blood pressure u have to engage in exercises at least 3 times weekly (jogging or race walking). It will help burn LDL (low density lipoprotein)Cholesterol dat narrows d wall of d arteries. Always help build HDL (High density Cholesterol) which helps fight d enemy (LDL Cholesterol).

Gentlemen prospective cadet's,as you await final list please appraise your self and get ready psychological,there is no difference in role between SSC and DSSC,especially specialist corps like medical, you will be deployed to troubled areas because that's where your immediate assistance is greatly needed,some people are are already running away from the war zones because they think DSSC is for office work only,my dear there's nothing like that,army is army , please if you are not ready don't block other people chances if you are called.

Baba this ARMY list is Zonal, just pray! not like airforce according to state...your state might even get 4/5 depending...another state can get 8/9 you will not understand because they will merge everything together in there Zonal list, you just have to check your name under the zone you fall.. No state name included, while DSSC sef is more competitive, you check your name Under your Zone and Department you applied for, like Imo state they have 2 Medical doctors and 1 pharmacist im not saying they are automatic but there chances is high...because medical dept get the highest number in DSSC. JUST PRAY!

A friend was invited for the interview but refused to go bcoz his brother is already in the army as an officer. Why he didnt go is baffling,although he went for naf interview but didn't make the final list.
