Of course Egypt has zero poverty ( I mean international poverty - 1 dollar for absolute or 2 dollar expenditure per day per person for normal poverty) - and so do many other countries that have made poverty history. Ghana pop is 28-30M. It's active subscriber base is 35M.

The Nigeria bureau of statistics is the responsible agency for that even if it is not realiable. using the past figure which is 140 million in 2006 and a population growth of about 2 percent yearly according to United nation. you should arrive at your figure. even if at all, you doubted the figure, you may decide to subtract an amount of 20 millions from the first data, which i think it is too much, the number you will still get should stull be between 180/182 million
