For those of you arguing stupidly that SUSPENSION is not the same as REMOVAL, do you realize that the senate has the constitutional power to remove the president via impeachment? Yet, they have no constitutional rights to suspend the president for any reason. Why? Because they are two different arms of government.

Or, can you also imagine Saraki suspending the president (and appointing an acting president) due to Buhari's alleged perjury and fake certificate scandal? Anyway, I won't be surprised if you support that. After all, you probably supported the presidency when it tried to remove the senate leadership forcefully last year.

In any case, if the senate cannot suspend the president, so also can the president not suspend the CJN - the head of the judicial arm. For the avoidance of doubt, the judiciary is an independent, non-political arm of government.

The president may suspend his attorney general, and appoint another one in acting capacity - if he likes - but not the CJN. There is simply no constitutional provision for the president to suspend the CJN.

Got it now?

Exactly...

The President cannot be suspended by even if he kills a person neither can the CJN. They can only be removed by impeachment even when they commit a glaring crime.

the Senate can remove the president through impeachment even if he is not corrupt, even with immunity,
the cjn can remove president even without a crime and with full regalia of immunity through election matter.

Senate president and cjn wear CORRUPTION and are without any slight of immunity can not be remove,

that means the Senate president and cjn can kill you and nobody will ask them.

the problem of nigeria is the jobless AGGRESSIVE lazy idiotic pigs of Biafra TERRORIST.

Dumbito, we are talking about suspension, not removal.

Remember that line? grin

Anyway, the CJN can be removed, but through a well defined process.

1) Starts with the recommendation of the NJC.

2) Gets the support of the 2/3 of senate.

3) LASTLY, the presidential pronouncement.

Got it now dumbby? grin

Don't mind the dull zombies who can not understand that the CJN is not an employee of Buhari , in fact they are both employees of the constitution
