Let me ask you a question,

Assuming you are an investor and you know that your company and investment may be prone to litigation which might drag to the supreme court and you hear the CJN of the country you want to invest in is corrupt and has probably been receiving payments for judgements in favour of the payee what would you do?

I guess you will start pulling out your investment rapidly!

This is the reason we have never grown as an economy and a nation and it is because one or more of our top arms of government has been feeding fat off corruption.

Don't mention me again with your idiocy

U don't have to insult anyone to pass ur point, I won't join u in that environment.

Even the citizens are worst than the country, they can't even make simple discussion without insults

There is another legal issue rearing its ugly head so soon: PMB swore-in an Acting CJN yesterday and Tanko Muhammad commenced work immediately.

The question is, has Tanko Muhammad J disposed to an affidavit at CCB between yesterday and today declaring his assets?.

Has ACJN complied with section 290 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria( as amended)?

For avoidance of doubt, section 290 provides thus:-

"290. (1) A person appointed to any judicial office shall not begin to perform the functions of that office until he has declared his assets and liabilities as prescribed under this Constitution and has subsequently taken and subscribed the Oath of Allegiance and the Judicial Oath prescribed in the seventh Schedule to this Constitution."

While Tanko has taken oath of office, he has not declared his assets as required by section 290 of the constitution, yet he has performed a function of the office he occupies.

All Nigerian Judges declear asset before appointments at the Bench. It's not only the CJN

Saraki knows he will not be able to successfully impeach Buhari. What Saraki and PDP want to achieve is to create a rowdy session that the Int'l community can feed on. Saraki and PDP knows the world and many Nigerians(including non-PDP members) are on their side, so they want to fuel the issue so that the tyrant can be further disgraced and rejected just few days to the election. Buhari really fell into their trap due to his tyranny grin cheesy wink.
international community kill you there.

Was international community sleeping when obasanjo trampled upon the constitution with some many abominable attrocities as a president.

Nigeria is so messed up right now with Hunger, poverty, recession, terrorism, disregard for the rule of law, insecurity, depression & suicide everywhere.
Now speaking of suicide, the 3 most popular methods of committing suicide in Nigeria now is:

(1). Drinking sniper
(2). Jumping in the Lagoon
(3). Enrolling in Nigerian Army.

Buhari must Go. If his 1983-1984 recession was a mistake, his 2015-2019 recession is a clear case of failure, foolishness & illiteracy.
Buhari is the only president who has driven Nigeria into recession twice.

All the things you listed was caused by a system where anybody can get away with anything. Nigeria shouldn't even be mentioned in the same sentence as those things you listed up there. If you think Buhari caused these things in the last three years then you are not being honest.
It is a miracle we didn't go the way of Venezuela due to wholesale looting and mismanagement of the economy.

Buhari deserves your support rather than bring in another super corrupt politician to continue where they left off.

Dude! Did you just say another super corrupt politician?
Almost all the politicians in APC led federal government are corrupt. Even the ones that were part of the 16 years of PDP are cabinet members of this government & are seen as saints.
Your party chairman even said it in APC presidential rally in Edo state last week that " when you come to APC, all your sins are forgiven".

Dude list the reasons you want me to vote BUHARI into power again + all his achievements since 2015.

How you guys defend this failed government really amazes & surprises me.

Nigerianization:
Let me paint a metaphorical picture of the FG Vs Onoghen debacle.

A black footballer plying his trade in Europe, Italy to be precise - where racism is still an issue, slides to tackle an attacker inside the eighteen yard box. The white attacker overreacted, clutching his leg, crying and feigning injury. Note that the match in question is a champions league final match.

The referee, basing his decision on the actions of the attacker awards a penalty. Without the help of a VAR, the decision stood and the penalty kick decided the outcome of the match. Those of us watching on the screen saw the slow motion and the tackle was not that serious.

We complained, we wailed and we conjured conspiracy theories of racism and other forms of bias on the part of the referee.

Alas, the man was just doing his job and when he took the decision, such thoughts of favouritism and racism didn't cross his mind. In the end, the game has been won and lost and the drama that followed were consigned to the dustbin of history.

You should be smart enough to know that related manifestation of like symptoms always require different treatments and medication.

The US and UK only care about their own interests. They’re not happy because Buhari isn’t at their beck and call whereas Atiku is ever-willing to sell Nigeria to the highest bidder.
Your stupidity is bone deep, A Buhari that needs the UK to stay alive is the one who isn't at their Beck and call?
Or you mean an Atiku you guys said is a fugitive in USA, that you now turnaround to claim he is a US errand boy?

I reject your foolishness even for my goat

Was a petition sent to the NJC?
briefness:

The judiciary actually failed to help itself by allowing the CJN to postpone the NJC scheduled meeting which may have taken a position to guide the situation. Why was there quiet from all when the NJC failed to sit for no reason and there was no intervention from any quota? The judiciary must learn to tackle issues that affect them from within in order not to subject the institution to ridicule.
