Honestly I'm not sure for IB. A friend of mine in Benin said their own training is 100% starting tomorrow (Tuesday 29th )

Whether you applied online or offline, I will advice that everyone should ensure that they deactivate DND (Do Not Disturb) service on their phone. This is because INEC would likely contact those who have been shortlisted using bulk sms service. When you have DND service activated on your phone, you will not receive any message that was broadcast using bulk messaging system.

To deactivate,
send the word ALLOW in an sms to 2442.

This applies all Nigerian telecom operators.

The entire thing is just any how especially this karu local government. Tried applying manually then, the crowd was massive. Tribalism and all kicked in, I had to just let it go now online self no get head.
