Given the fact that they are fighting relegation, i doubt the coach want to take any risk with Alampasu.

He was pretty comfortable in the last game.

That is it.

You can only be tested if u are given a chance. I clamored for Uzoho getting as much minutes as possible in the friendlies leading to the WC. That was the best thing to do at that time. However, now we are not that pressured, is the time to do meaningful building which only comes with keeping our regulars at their toes by presenting them with meaningful competition.
Since we are building for the future (according to Rohr), Ezenwa should be challenging Uzoho else someone else challenge him for the number 2 spot.

We will be back to square one in future when when we have another GK crisis. If Ezenwa is not good enough for Russia, he won’t be good enough for Qatar, should something happen to uzoho.

There is nothing like being biased here. I am saying it as it is. Uzoho and Alampasu as far as the national team is concerned are not on the same category. Uzoho is more tested and trusted in the national colors. And so if Uzoho's club's coach doesn't have trust in him Rohr does. And so he will get the nod. It appears Rohr doesn't have confidence in Alampasu. Had it been that Alampasu continues to get game time in his club and also doing great with it while Uzoho continues on the bench then Alampasu definitely has a case. Which is why I earlier said let us hope Alampasu secures that spot first before we start clamoring for the SE.

U call Ezenza old papa. The same old papa that has proven to be a credible back up goalie from our WCQ to our last AFCON game.

There is no cause for alarm in the goal keeping position please. Ezenwa and Akpeyi will be Gradually phased out when the time comes. Alampasu and other up coming young goalies should continue working hard. Their time will come.

AFCON draw to hold on April 12!

FIFA ranking will be used to decide the pots..Meaning we will most likely end up in Pot1

Rangers are getting ignorant with these build ups. This was a television goal and it is a shame that we are still living in the stone ages here in Nigeria. I blame the clubs also because they are not doing enough to air these matches.

Clubs here usually sit in their offices and expect deals to come and meet them. Such dullness

The big boys of NPFL can pull sponsors left & right if they actually go out and attract them.
I don't really blame the clubs, they are government tied and are subjected to some idiotic bureaucracy. It will take a magic wand to wean them off these State Government. And a good number of clubs can survive on their own.

Aina is good(badass crossers),the guy just tormenting players in that position he plays for Torino.

I just hope we can get better poacher that knows how to head the ball

I watched Barnet vs Brentford
There is this Nigeria player there(Brentford) can't remember his name anymore the guy is also good offensively he plays as a wingback.

In 4 years we may lack quality defensively

I have said this before. Aina is the best crosser in the team alongside Kalu.

Odubajo, there are reports linking him to celtic.

It seems like Iwobi has come under fire again by some indian actress.

Arsenal fans love scapegoating Iwobi. I hope he doesn't let it shake his confidence and he keeps tunnel vision on improving his play. He has all the makings of a world-class player. He just needs to combine his innate artistic play with accuracy infront of the goal post, quicker and more efficient decision-making, probably a few other things and he's solid.
he should also engage in shooting practices....Alex is a hot asset.

Uzoho came into SE as division three goalkeeper and did well at WC cos till today I still see him as very average,so thumbs up for him.Alampasu is not clubless and I think he deserves a chance based on his age.Ezenwa was getting call ups as second and third choice in ordinary NPFL then why not Alampasu.

It’s time for Rohr to build eagles with young and promising goalkeepers like Uzoho,Alampasu and the rest.

I watched Moses Odubajo for Brentford against Barnet in the FA cup last night.

Dude played for 90 minutes, started as a RWB and switched to LWB in the second half. Was superb in going forward and creating chances (his team scored 3 goals and he hit the woodwork twice) he was Brentford's main attacking outlet especially in the 2nd half. From what I saw, the guy is better than Jamilu Collins and Bryan Idowu. Good dribbler and passer of the ball, something we've lacked in our SE LWB's.

I believe Odubajo should be called up in place of Bryan Idowu. I believe he has what it takes to dislodge Collins from that LWB starting spot as well as give Aina a good run for his money.

To the bolded. Ezenwa is not a Newbie to the national team. He we a first choice goalie for his clubs for many years. He was the NPFL all stars 1st choice goalie that went on that Madrid tour , and with a performance that stired interest from Athlotico Madrid . He was in the team with Enyeama and also Carl Ikeme. And so the national team handlers, haven been with him this long, are comfortable with his abilities to an extent. I have raised a question before that rather than ask why Ezenwa was invited to the SE despite being 2nd or 3rd choice at Enyimba ask why he was 2nd or 3rd choice at Enyimba despite his performances in the GWG.

So, Alampasu's case cannot at all be compared with Ezenwa's case when he was with Enyimba.

I believe he had already showed interest in playing for the SE. And considering the fact that he is not exactly in the spotlight at the moment, England isn't chasing him either.

The best thing for Uzoho and Alampasu is for them to move on loan to the Israeli top flight where they can get regular game time. The Israeli top flight helped Vincent Enyeama tremendously in his career

What I considered is Odubajo's basic skillset, positioning and pattern of play. Those are PERMANENT factors that doesn't change with opposition quality. For example, Iheanacho has a poor touch, that is his basic characteristic. It doesn't matter if he is playing against Madrid or against Seychelles, Iheanacho's poor touch will still be the same.

P.S:
Believe me, Barnet were no pushovers yesterday. They're a highly technical, ultra attacking team. It's no mean feat for a non-league side to hold a Championship team to a 3-3 draw. I'm backing them to cause a major upset in this year's FA cup. League rankings can be deceptive.

My point,it’s high time Rohr bring in another young goalie not even necessarily Alampasu than two old goalies on the bench for young inexperience Uzoho.

Better to have another era of Enyeama,Ejide and Aiyenugba though my opinion.

bros because you are Pep disciple doesn't mean Mou isn't highly rated, some people believe Mou is a better coach than Pep it's not cast in stone as you've said it. This one you are even saying long term short term, Simeone is the king of conservatism and he's been Athletico's coach for well over 5years more than 'your long term' Pep have ever spent with any club and Athletico are reaping the gains. Diego could end up spending 10,15 or even 20 years if he likes

Apart from Mourinho, how many conservative coaches are celebrated over the likes of Pep Guardiola, Ancelotti, Capello, Cruyff, Sacchi etc.
Capello is a conservative coach, the one I see for Juve and England o
