The big boys of NPFL can pull sponsors left & right if they actually go out and attract them.
I don't really blame the clubs, they are government tied and are subjected to some idiotic bureaucracy. It will take a magic wand to wean them off these State Government. And a good number of clubs can survive on their own.

My brother I am just fatigued by the whole situation. These people are bent on doing the bare minimum. They cost so much due to the inflation in the market. Not because we were buying World Class players that will hand us the titles. A lot of work was done on these players especially, Stones, Otamendi, Walker and keep in mind we have barely had a run with Mendy. We have to use the likes of Delph, Zinchenko, Danilo and Laporte to cover the left.

Trying to make it look as if money is the root of the success is definitely not true.

Mourinho bought Pogba for a lot of money and could not do jack with him. Are you saying the money will do the developmental work? We have seen players bought with huge sums and flopped. There is a lot of work needed on Frankie De Jong to help him achieve his potential. I can bet he would have improved at a far faster rate under Guardiola than any other coach.

If Guardiola was that good at development, why doesn't he buy players at 2-3 million price tag or free transfers

Why does he go for 50million players clubs are falling over for, for a club to sell their player for 50mill it means that the player is highly valued and have already achieved substantially during his time at the club

It is the short time required to achieve stellar results. Guardiola does not have the room to work and improve young players to deliver results in short time. However, his impact on all his players is undeniable. The transformation of top quality players like Aguero is mind blowing.

What I considered is Odubajo's basic skillset, positioning and pattern of play. Those are PERMANENT factors that doesn't change with opposition quality. For example, Iheanacho has a poor touch, that is his basic characteristic. It doesn't matter if he is playing against Madrid or against Seychelles, Iheanacho's poor touch will still be the same.


P.S:
Believe me, Barnet were no pushovers yesterday. They're a highly technical, ultra attacking team. It's no mean feat for a non-league side to hold a Championship team to a 3-3 draw. I'm backing them to cause a major upset in this year's FA cup. League rankings can be deceptive.
