Hello, I am grateful to God that I stumbled upon this thread though it's kinda inactive but I love it anyways. Well, I am looking to choose physiotherapy in this coming jamb examinations. However, I am quite in a state of dilemma as to which school to choose. The four schools uppermost on my mind are UNIZIK, OAU, UNILAG and UNICAL. I will need the advice of the bosses in these to help me make an informed decision based on certain prevailing circumstances. If you want to take a mentee or protege under you, I will be very much pleased to sign up as one.

There are certain things to look out for when choosing a school . You should consider jamb score, catchment area, relative academic strength( which should include learning conditions, equipments etc) , school fees ( depends on your financial power tho) and many other factors. I don't know if anybody has studied in all 4 schools you listed and if anybody knows the overall learning condition of all. Maybe we will all try to convince you based on the sentimental bias to our individual schools but I hope you pick one or two points and that should help inform your decision.

to the best of my knowledge, the DPT programme was approved last year but i dont think a curriculum has been put forward to that effect. I dont think any school has started DPT yet

Yes, i am. They'll be taking the 2nd MBBS exam with Medicine and Dentistry by April this year. I know so many of them in DPT programme at UNN. So, i'm sure of what i wrote earlier.

It's their own professional exam, but they write it together with MBBS and BDS students. That's why i used the word "MBBS".

Am ogbonna chukwuma am a dentistry and dental surgery student unn..Yes unn med rehab student do write the 2nd mb but the program of DPT is not yet available in unn...let's be informed

No, they don't offer math in first semester(math102), but they do offer math in second semester (math101)
