yeturday I bought internet data of 1gb on my 9 mobile network, and they sent me a text saying that my purchase was successful. I did not even use much to of the data, I only used a few hundred MBs and now they are telling me I have only 500mb left. I couldnt believe my eyes so I typed in the code no to check my data balance then it said I had only 358mb left.

What could be the problem?

The first is when I bought airtime from my bank account, I was debited and nothing reflect in my phone.

Secondly, I loaded #200 voucher and hand how #100 was miraculously debit is what I can't fathom.
All this activities I was inundated to complain.

And today that I load #500 in a bid to subscribe. I was told that that the airtime in my account is insufficient. When I checked #250 is what remained. How the Money disappeared is what I don't know. Pls help check into it asap! I don't have the strength to log into my Twitter to rant. My nunm
