if someone lock 60mill for 364days, thats will be 60mill x 15% = 9million Minus extra Bank charges!

In my states, A Landlord/Landlady with 5 Storey Building is earnig just 3.6 Million in a years, so why cant i leave the stress of Tenant and lock in Tbills

9m divided by 12 months will give approx. 750k monthly. Earning more than a university prof. But the problem is how can I grow my portfolio to reach 60m. I like this thread.

Gradually you will get there. If you have a salary job then it's easier as you save every month end. Few years will be stressful but over time your interest from TBills will equals and outrun your salary. For me, am bothered about my retirement era. I have a 20yrs plan and it's working perfectly well. It's always joyous when you make money outside your office. When that time gets ripe then you can buy any property of your choice if property is the only genuine investment for a Nigerian. I stopped building and am selling off properties. If I die today, I have mandated my wife to continue with the investment and use only the interest to run the house perfectly.

That's not true except they change it between last week and now. I have small amount between 100k- 240k severally in different branches around Abuja. Infact that last one was last week. So its either the particular person you asked is Ignorant or s/he is being deceptive for personal gains. Next time you could be mischievous too by asking the staff his/her name. After that, tell him/her you will contact firstcontact@firstbanknigeria.com and quote his/her statement.
