DSS won't recruit u without doin background search on u tru details u drop during documentation even if a top oga inde security sector puts u foward ul still be investigated.. if you can go back to previous chats on this thread, you will see that the situation we are now happened then. after election rumour was everywhere until they called those guys a week to the election.

Their training was rushed because of elections. They are coming out as Chief Detectives rather than ASO. I heard they might go back to complete their ASO training after elections.

A little Inspiration. The EFCC Recruitment thread was the first thing I opened every morning for my daily dose of updates back when the initial 'Magu Era' recruitment began in 2016, i think. Back Then, EFCC was going through this rebranding exercise- ushered in by the Govt. of Pres. Buhari, and I was desperate to be a part of this new, energised fight against institutionalised corruption that was fast gaining momentum. I prayed diligently every time I prostrated before God.... Fast forward, the recruitment process took nearly a year of my life and I scaled through all stages but, when the final calls for successful candidates were made, I did not get mine. Retrospectively, I felt an entire year was lost just waiting for something that in the end never transpired.

What are the lessons to be learnt from my experience? (1) Do not put your life/development on hold in the hope of waiting on a job thats not yet secured. Go for your Masters or some other relevant professional qualification (2) Do not undermine smaller opportunities that may come your way as you wait for the 'bigger fish' so to speak. Start something or work some where regardless of how small, when the Eja Nla finally manifests you could always leave the juvenile fish behind (3) Always have contingency plans. Do not over commit all your resources in one basket. Realistically, a part of you should always be prepared for the 'what if i don't get it' scenario or else it will hit you like a bolt from the blue if you are not successful in the end.

This sad little story of mine did not end completely with disappointment however. A few months after the EFCC call-ups were made, through the most unlikely of channels, I managed to secure a Job somewhere I can only describe as EXCEPTIONAL. Which prompts the last lesson to be learnt; (4) Always trust God for He has the perfect blueprint mapped out for you! Alhamdullilah! and I sincerely wish all of you success.

SSCE and ND/ NCE are all Detective positions. The difference is the placement. SSCE holders are ranked Detective III while ND/ NCE take Detective II & I depending on performance and a few criterias

NCE / ND should be ASO, but my girl got CD with promise of upgrade after another round of training

180 -200k allowances exclusive.. They pay onde 15th and on de 30th.. Half half.. So u dont go broke or have a need to a stain ur hands except ur just a greedy person that can't be content with that salary..

sorry sir I do not have that information.. But rest assured DSS pay well dey are on special salary.. With d new minimum wage it will be increased .. A lot of incentives,bonus and allowances enuf to make u comfortable.. Life insurance and all dat.. But u MAy also get a Fair idea from the percentage she was paid in camp. Shud be 40 or 30 percent of d total salary allowances and bonuses exclusive except dey av changed dia modus operandi

Bros, hlp us to find out how much she was paid as allowance in camp, also was she able to call you while in camp maybe weekends? Kindly confirm this.
