Gombe South Youth Rejects INEC Ad-hoc Lists by CEOwatazs: 7:08am On Jan 30, 2019 |
Good morning nairalanders, I don't know the exact subject to give this topic to actually draw the attention of people here. I'm an indigine of Gombe state, from the southern part of the state (balanga local government precisely). the so call inec accreditation for ad-hoc staff in which applications were made couple with the online registration came and went. Yesterday, the list was placed but to our greatest surprise 90-98% of the people in the list are not even indigenes of the the local government. Gombe south are majorly Christian dominants, with PDP having full control of it ever since the state was created, this year's election came with a full revolution as the people are saying no to PDP from house of assembly candidates up to the presidency. All hands point to the current PDP led government of such irregularities to ensure there success in the polls. yesterday youth from these local government areas protested against the list, during this protest, the lists were torn and they said no INEC training will hold place until INEC clears them on the irregularities

Inec is controlled by the APC and only a compound fool will see the kind of progress and development made in Gombe the last 8 years of PDP govt and still want APC. come to kaduna and see how the so called Progressive APC have ran the state aground. I knw Gombe south is predorminantely Christians. Instead to support a party in the opposition that will speak up if the start attacking your people, you are here making senseless post about APC. Havent you been to Bauchi and Adamawa to see the level of incompetence and lack development brought about by APC? Not to worry very soon you will come back here to confess that you and your people wwre foolish. when Herdsmen starts having free access to your villages un abaited. When they start visiting you, raping your women and killing you in your farms. your eyes will then clear. You will cry for help but Buhari APC you are trying to vote, will tell you to accomodate your killers and give up your land so that the cattles can feed while your childten starve. Not even Kafuna can boost of the kind of projects Dankwambo has brought in Gombe, Gombe is the fastest developongvstate in all the North East. But you people want to destroy it by bring BH backing party APC? soon your state will be taken decaxes back and comoeting with Yobe and Borno with the influx of terrorists. |

helinues: as I have stated earlier, gombe south which is the largest constituency in gombe happens to be a Christian dominated area. PDP denied Christians all the 3 candidates vying for senate and house of Representatives (1 senator ND 2 house of Representatives) and gave it to all Muslims. on the oda hand, the APC gav tickets to promising youths who are Christains...... 1 Like |

It is normal for 80 to 90% of the people not to be indigens, reason being that they are mostly sourced from Corp members. Should there be even any foul play, APC who we know controls INEC based on recent happenings should be held responsible. This APC supporter should channel his complains to his boss and pay master. |

ledamaster: Very well said. To the best of my knowledge Gombe if not the most is one of the developed state in the north. The governor I heard did excellently well in developing the state. I really wonder what else the people want. People outside the state admire your state leadership... |
