why do you have this belief that the sh candidates are dumb,you are wrong if that's your ascertion, they are very sound too and I don't believe any graduate will be so dumb as not to know what to do when he/she gets there or have you ever seen or heard graduates being chased away for lack of competence/inability to learn and work? So lets talk about “dumb”, anybody that is bright won’t have a problem proving their mettle in a recruitment test and interview meant to assess their skills/capabilities. Thus there would be no need to resort to fraudulent means.

There are more capable candidates available to fill these roles but DPR has filled almost all positions with less promising candidates with connection, what do expect from an organization that promotes fraud and nepotism in the future?

I have worked with people that have gotten positions by nepotism. They are basically square pegs in round holes. Every job a struggle, every explanation a pivot of confusion; to make up for their own inability they waste precious waste man-hours with shabby jobs and rework, still company’s resources are wasted to get them to the barest minimum standard. Then they start to despise their fellow colleagues that work effortlessly. Their own lack of ability & creativity become their source of apathy towards their excellent colleagues who they won’t miss a opportunity to pull-down. Now imagine these kind of people in leadership positions (Team Lead or what have you), the unhealthy office environment; needless to say innovation, respect, meritocracy would go extinct in DPR.

Sir Marvel, is d list been finalized already?

If not for the Insanity of the recruitment system in Nigeria, should Hopefuls be getting information from any Neverdown, Smartgrid, Tamihawt (all now employed) or Marvel?

The Portal is there for DPR to just update successful or Unsuccessful and close the recruitment but they chose not to because they need to cover and have defence for delivering appointment letters to stakeholder candidates who may not have even applied in the first place. It's a crazy situation. Really there is no need fighting Marvel or any info dished out here. He is not DPR for Christ's sake. Anybody can post anything here, We should blame the DPR, Director and Mr Shakur not blaming someone you don't know who he/she is.


"Next week" have come again, as I said in my previous post, hope it's the last of it's kind and my advice is whatever happens this thread should be shut down at the end of this "Next week".

If we still want info we know where to get it, at DPR.

Guys, let us pause and ask oursekves, what does the word stakeholder mean and who are the stakeholders? This word is Marvel's creation as far as this recruitment is concerned and we did not care to think for ourselves, we just kukuma jump enter the keke. Look all of us that showed interest in that exam sre sh. None, i mean none of Marvel's predictions has come through but we keep believing him. Marvel, you need to stop dis nonsense. I hope there is a second batch but but do not hope because Marvel says so. Think for urselves. This character is willing to drag this until next yr.
