You are so full of sht your whole persona stinks like Ochanja. Anambra has very little "organization" for a state with its wealth of human capital. Onitsha bedlam and chaos. Everytime I go through Onitsha I weep for the Igboman. A city that is supposed to be neck and neck with Port Harcourt and Lagos is still defined by buying and selling in 10x10 shops in the year 2019. Few businesses of scale because everybody must sell and boy are they selling like baboons on the side of roads, in gutters, under steps. You talk of Stock Exchange. Which one? The one that is practically dead? Harbor Industrial Layout is surrounded by the same primitive concrete block markets full of stinking gutters. Onitsha is a DISGRACE let me tell you.

As for Awka, the only thing Obiano and his band of corrupt associates and fake PR managers got right was the expressway and they havent even FINISHED IT! Tarring only one side and leaving one side and saying they spent 13 billion. Useless bunch of crooks. You would think that with Onitsha messed up they would have focused on making Awka something to behold especially to attract services business. But in Awka the same stupidity of government is repeating itself. Eke Awka a filthy disorganized market in the middle of the town which will become another Main Market causing chaos and traffic jam because the government is too stupid to relocate it elsewhere. Zik Avenue which ties the town to Old Enugu Road has deteriorated under the pressure of people whose idea of retail is buying and selling in shipping crates and on tables and wheel barrows. In fact do a drive from Awka to Onitsha and you see unruly markets along that road. Where is government? High on Moet champagne.

Continue falsifying the realities of Anambra.

[s]Always posting incoherent rubbish like someone some nuts worn out from his head. Anambra has the largest bank branch networks by far in the SE, and this alone translates to more IGR in Anambra than any other state in the region.

Anambra has the largest well organized industrial estates in the SE, eg, Harbor Industrial estate, Agu-Awka industrial estate, Uru Industrial estate at Nnewi etc.

Anambra has the largest telecommunication mast substations in the SE, and each communication company whether it is mtn, glo or etisalat pays tax depending on the number of substations they have.

Anambra has the highest number of radios and TV stations in the SE. WAZOBIA came to SE and located in Onitsha. Brilla Fm came to SE and chose Onitsha, Julius Beger regional office is in Onitsha, etc, all these are sources of huge revenue.

Is it only Iweka road that is Onitsha? Limca road, Awka road, New market road, Old market road, Zik's avenue, etc, are all in Onitsha and are all lined up with corporate establishments. Even the Nigerian Stock Exchange, Securities & Exchange Commission all have their SE regional offices in Onitsha.

We are not yet talking of the well organized markets across the state. Awka, Onitsha and Nnewi are doing very well in attraction new businesses and industrial complexes. Onitsha and Awka are clean and organized, and that's why any new business coming to the SE ends up in either of these two cities. Okada has been phased out in these cities, even tricycle is well regulated to maintain sanity on the roads. There are still many areas in Enugu with its fair share of street traders, barrow pushers etc.

All Obiano needed to do is to plug the loopholes and he will hit 7billion monthly IGR.

You have mental problem. You are a hopeless frustrated clown, Anambra is not the reason you are useless in life. You are faeces itself, in fact you smells more than the faeces. I spit on you.

You came here yapping rubbish that Onitsha/Awka do not have organised establishments. I listed them to prove to you that Onitsha is on top of its game. Most of the new firms that ever got to the SE, usually locates in Anambra, particularly Onitsha the economic capital of the SE. Every part of Anambra is carried along in developmental projects. We are building a mega state where you can even commute from your village to work in the major cities of the state daily because there are well paved roads fitted with streetlights all over the state.

You are a complete mad man, this was the same thing you came to do then on omambaladotcom with your other moniker, take your frustration and hopeless outta of here. Anambra cities are doing great in all spheres. New roads are being completed. Esther Obiakor dual-ways is ongoing, all the inner, the 6-lane road that bypassed from Esther Obiakor road has been completed with streetlights. Onitsha is getting serious attention too, all the road side markets have all gone particularly around main market. The roads have been sanitized with the complete removal of okada in the two major cities. New areas are being opened up around Nkwelle which will form part of big Onitsha metropolis.

Anambra is the economic melting point in the SE, and represent to the region what Lagos and PH represents to Lagos and Rivers States respectively. Go to Onitsha Business Park and see the regional headquarters of Nigerian Stock Exchange and Securities & Exchange Commission bubbling with activities. The issue is that you are a bitter frustrated person that do not see any good thing than being bitter and hopeless.

Anambra is fixing street lights across the state. A drive from Awka to Onitsha via old road will see you drive in a completely well paved state road that lit all through, and you can ride on even at midnight. This is happening all over the state.

Tell me one state in Nigeria that do not have everything you have hopelessly yapped here. Then i will list to you more big corporations that have berth in Anambra in the last 3yrs.

No SE state that has done half the infrastructures Obiano has done in the last 3yrs. Anambra is a leading state in the SE, take a hike if that's too painful for you.

You are a verified and certified idiot and you would sell your mother for a cup of garri to blow the empty trumpet of an administration that is marketing false information. 90% of what you see in Onitsha and Awka was done by Peter Obi. He completed head bridge to Umunya expressway, Old Road from Onitsha to Awka, Secretariat, Amaku Teaching Hospital, New Tarzan flyover, Nibo-Awgbu Road, Nise-Agulu Road. Your paymaster cannot even keep the cities clean. Instead you are here yapping rubbish while Anambra cities have heaps of garbage on the road and colonies of impoverished people lining up selling vegetables, Pure bliss and other rubbish in wheel barrows. Wheel barrow economy is what Obiano has reduced Anambra to. People selling rice and stew under his street lights.

Where are the corporates? 5 years he cannot even finish a simple conference center to attract people to the state. Who built Harbor Industrial Layout? Peter Obi. SAB Miller Breweries in Onitsha? Peter Obi. Kenneth Dike Library in Awka. Peter Obi. Ekwueme Square and Womens Development Center in Awka? Peter Obi.

Tell me what significant infrastructure Obiano has built other than three flyovers in Awka and a bridge to Orient's oil fields. Tell me and stop using insults to hide the fact that you are a useless and brainless failed political jobber for the Obiano administration.

Rants of a completely mad man. Your useless father is a certificated idiot and a bastard.
I am all for Anambra, whether it is Obiano or Obi or Ngige.

While Obi attracted the multinational AbInbev among many others and quite a number of infrastructural development. Obiano has taken it a notch higher by diversifying Anambra economy into agriculture and Agricultural processing industries, also oil & gas while doing infrastructural development across the state.

Obiano has brought sanity in our major cities of Onitsha and Awka by removing okada completely, removing/demolished shanties, fixing erosion sites, road maintenance, and general clean of Anambra. Anambra is on the great march to greatness. From all indices of development, Anambra is very much ahead. The ICC in Awka is speedily under construction with a highrise, which will be the most beautiful and elegant in this region when completed.

Dumb hopeless idiotic bastard, while i give Obi credit for starting some big projects like the 3 malls, 2 five star hotels. Right now Obiano has completed one mall and one hotel. He is doing all that in the harsh face of recession, doing his own infrastructural projects while meeting up with his projects even without borrowing nor taking bailouts. Even his 5yrs in office is full of positive performances, by the time he concludes 8yrs in office we shall then place him side by side for comparison in all sectors with governors who did 8yrs too.

The largest commercial poultry farm in the SE today was brought to Anambra by Obiano. What about the largest commercial rice farm in the SE by Coscharis and many more like Josan mega rice farm.

Take your frustration and hopelessness to your useless parents because we in Anambra are not responsible for that.

This is Lynden commercial farms, the largest commercial poultry farms in the entire SE and SS. The most modern state-of-the-art facility, it has expanded thrice in the last 3yrs to be able to meet the demands of poultry products across the region and beyond. This is pure diversification of Anambra economy. It is a product of Obiano's drive to woo private sectors to drive the economy of the state and open up jobs, while the govt provides the enabling environment for businesses to thrive.

Not true. Development is ongoing across the entire Anambra state. Not everything is on nairaland. You should take a drive to ogbaru, ihiala, aguata, anambra west, anambra east, awka north, orumba north, orumba south, oyi etc and see the beautiful road projects by Obiano. This is election period and work has still not been hampered as Obiano simulteneously tackles the development challenges of the state and fools like Peter Obi who think they can truncate the progress we are currently enjoying in Anambra state.

You don't have to put Obi down just because you are in another political divide. Anambra is not known for politics of bitterness. This picture was taken just recently, it is almost unbelievable but that is Anambra for you.

You want to know why Anambra State has low IGR?.

1) LOW INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT - Ogun state has the benefit of gas pipelines that allow industries to locate there and generate power for themselves and so Ogun has over 1000 factories. How many does Anambra have? Onitsha which is less than 20 miles from Shell's gas pipelines at Oguta has made absolutely no effort to get the IOCs to build an extension from it and at least supply Hero Breweries and the Harbor Industrial Layout. Instead the State government is trying to do everything the hard way from Aguleri.

2) LOW SERVICES BASE - Registered companies that pay PAYE are few and far between. MTN's regional headquarters is in Asaba. Glo's regional headquarters is in Enugu. PZ Cussons regional headquarters is in Enugu. All the banks and insurance companies have regional headquarters in Enugu. Why are people running away from Anambra? Just look at the cities? Filthy and full of petty traders. The high street in Enugu you will not see colonies of petty traders. But Anambra? Just look at Onitsha and Awka. Which major corporate would want to locate on Zik Avenue in Awka or Iweka Road in Onitsha and fight through all the wheelbarrow hawkers and other filth?

3) POOR TAX STRATEGY - If you want to achieve 5 billion monthly in Anambra you need to be able to tax FORMAL businesses not from unregistered petty traders that live hand-to-mouth. This is where the Anambra state gets it wrong. 1 Hero Brewery generates far more tax than 10,000 people pushing wheelbarrows through the street selling kunu in recycled bottles. The oyibo are not stupid in clamping down on street trading unlike Anambra state where people are selling in gutters. You need to stop street trading and force businesses into formal building premises and that will reduce their number and allow taxation. Issue tax IDs to those in shops who will make decent profits without the cost cutting street competition. Remove street traders from all major high traffic roads. Let these places be conducive for big business to locate. Then you will see the power of investment. You will see large supermarkets, electronic stores, restaurants, shoe shops and not primitives 1 man business all over the place.
you must be very very stupid even Lagos that had More street traders generate more money than Igbo land what I learnt from ndi Igbo in southeast is that we don't like to pay tax in our states but we will latter pay Ogun state five million than our states.

You are very stupid and must be the idiotic twin of ogenyi1. Go and check how many corporates are based in Lagos and pay PAYE tax before you open your stinking mouth about IGR. Ogun State has over 100 large corporates including Nestle, Nigerian Breweries, Lafarge, Hayat. Go and read and learn.

Let me help you:

- Dangote opened $1 billion cement plant in Ogun in 2012
- Unilever opened $13 million factory in Ogun in 2014
- Nestle opened $80 million factory in Ogun in 2016
- Hayat Kimya opened $100 million factory in Ogun in 2017
- Nestle opened $12 million Milo factory in Ogun in 2018
- InBev opened a $250 million Brewery n Ogun in 2018

Obiano Commits To Advancements In Security

The Anambra State Government has reaffirmed increased commitment and support to security agencies in the State.

Governor Willie Obiano who stated this at St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, Awka, during a thanksgiving mass in honour of the State Director of Department of State Security, DSS, Mr Isiaku Yusuf emphasized that the State is already embarking on aggressive mobilization of action plans to maintain its attained lofty height as the most secured State in the Country.

The Governor, while felicitating with Mr Isiaku, expressed his gratitude to God that all the security Chiefs working under him have gotten promotion, stressing that it lays credence to the breakthroughs recorded in the security apparatus of the State.

Speaking to the ABS, the Senator representing Anambra Central at the National Assembly, Chief Victor Umeh noted that Anambra has consistently demonstrated ingenuity in terms of security, saying that part of the reason he is campaigning to go back to the Senate is to support the Governor’s commitment and ingenuity in governance.

For the member representing Anambra East at State Assembly, Mr Uchenna Okafor, who reiterated the support of his people for the present administration, especially in peace brokerage, stressed the imperativeness of standing behind all APGA candidates at the General elections, to guarantee sustainance.

Mr Isuaku was full of gratitude to God and the people who attended the thanksgiving, calling on God to bless everyone.

Earlier in a homily, a visiting priest, Reverend Father Kingsley Ibeh who explained the concept of truth, said that the word of God is the truth and solid foundation, calling on Christians to say the truth at all times, whether palatable or not.

Thanksgiving and renditions by the choir featured at the event which was attended by dignitaries including the Secretary to the State government, Professor Solo Chukwulobelu, Chief of Staff to the Governor, Mr Primus Odili, Works Commissioner, Engineer Marcel Ifejiifor, an oil mogul, Prince Arthur Eze, among others across political and religious divides.
