3years ago after undergoing 3 months training in my cousins farm in that east ,i returned to start up my own ,it wasnt easy ...i wasnt even looking foward to make much from, i was just happy to be my own boss..but the wonders of this thailand hybrid seed can never be over emphasized. . That year was the best year of my life...i was able to get about 712 bags of cucmber after 4 planting cycles within 8th months from 2 acres of land, which i usually planted in batches.. Although that specie of cucumber was not what they were used to, i was able to penetrate the market by implementing some startegies. Although it took me till my 2nd harvest cycle to get my desired result.. But it was worth it, i had very few farmers into cucumber production then to compete with,the market was mine for the taken.. I made close to 1.6m after all expenses.. But then i started hanging with wrong people and started buying the wrong things...before the next farming cycle was near...i dnt even have up to 200k in my acc...lo and behold every ali and simbi started cucumber farms arround me....the money i was blessed with to move ahead became a hindrance to my progress, i lost my workers and close friends to pride and lavish spending.
Have learnt my lesson though,1 havent made close to that figure ever sice in a single year. But thank JAH am making progress and i think i will surpass that mark this year.

Is there anyone on the Forbes list who made his money from forex trading? We know of people on the list who made their money from stocks trading.
Forex is a zero sum game. I studied forex 5 year charts using numerous strategies and discovered that nothing really works.
A strategy that works today will make you lose your money tomorrow.

I challenge anyone who claims otherwise, and anyone who sells signals to show us their 2-year live account trade history.

The earlier people realize this, the better.

You are right, forex is a zero sum game but there's chance for the retail traders giving he gets the right education.

I traded for 2 years. Made money and lost money. Trained people. Then stopped trading for about one year. Later, I wanted to start trading again but decided not to start until I am sure of what works reliably (going by records). So I did 5 years backtesting for numerous strategies (strategies developed by others and those ones developed by me).
I even tried a strategy of changing strategy every month, week or day. I tried everything. This backtesting took me about a year to do (I was doing my offline business during the time).

Well, I was still thinking there was something I didn't get right but changed my mind when I thought of the following:
1. No trader/coach has ever shown us his 2 year trading report.
2. No forex trader is listed among the world richest.

If anyone can prove my numbered assertions wrong, I will have a rethink about forex.

I can bet you there are great traders out there, the problem is traders expecting significant high returns from their small capital investments. Take financial institutions for example, they are okay getting 10% roi/annum. As a retail trader, will you be okay with that same roi? unless you are trading in the region of $10m capital.
Anyway, if you can make 10% p/month consistently, then it's really great.
If you are considering getting back to the trading fx, stick with just one trading system (manual, preferably swing trading), u just need to know the period of your trading system drawdown. Try at least to breakeven every month and see what turns out

Swing trading was my favourite.
The only thing that can make me trade again is if I backtest a strategy for 2 years and I returns monthly profit - no matter how small.
For the last time, I will study it again. One pair - EU.
If it looks good, I will trade again. If it doesn't, it's bye bye forever.
If I must trade, I will be sure of the result of the strategy over the last two years.

I'm still interested in domain name and softwares but like I said I am trying to gain momentum. I have the knowledge but I'm working on raising capital. in fact I know more about domain name and softwares now than I knew then.

that is why I believe my come back will be massive, I'm not in a rush.

this actually the first time am coming out to talk about my failure, I used to hide it because I didn't want people to judge me as stupid.

plus after the whole thing happened, I fell into a long cycle of depression, lost my self esteem, became a chronic procrastinator and dopamine junky, I would troll youtude and nl day and night just to evade reality did drugs and all.

but just last month I read a book that changed everything "what learned losing a million dollar"

that book changed me in every way. if I had my way I will make everybody I know read that book.

Mine was unbelievable as i never imagined making so much through such a business. A friend pestered me into it and i reluctanly gave it a try.
She was into dietry supplements and was actually making so much because she had worked in the bank and had a large client base. Since i wasnt good at talking to people, i decided to go online. I tried facebook group adds but it was a futile attempt. I didnt give up because my money was at stake. I proceeded to jiji and began to post adds and behold the next day my phone started ringing like no man's business. I realized that theses products are actually high in demand and each person that calls is actually asking for at least three products at a time because they go together. The profit margin on each of these products is up to two thousand naira and so for each purchase or order you you are are making a profit of at least six thousand naira in the the comfort of your room. These calls roll in on a daily basis and and i visit the transport company i use almost every day to send to my clients. I have even upgraded to using courier service.
I owe my friend a lot for not giving up on me knowing she was only trying to help me.
I have tried a lot of business but non has paid me this much. Now i know that health products sell themselves.
I'm nice to my customers though but i discovered that even when you are not readily available to attend to them, they are very patient because they need the products like crazy.
