The defense and kepper did very well, Lichtensteiner and and iwobi gave the the goals and Aguero's 3rd was a foul.

Then cleary our attack was bad, no shot on target, not scary nor looked like scoring..
This is so because we lacked what city and other top teams in Europe do and have which are:
An attacking midfielder who drives forward,shoot and take players on..
Wingers who drives at defence,crosses and gives full backs something to think about.
Lastly, one CF whose job is mainly to score. City doesn't start Aguero and Jesus, Liverpool doesn't start firminho and struridge.
I don't support Auba and laca starting together, it dulls our attack, and reduces our creativity.

Well, Arsenal was never going to win this fixture. And this fixture was never going to decide our season.
Infact, I'm pissed off that Emery is not utilizing fixtures like this to experiment and give our youngsters needed game time.

Our season will be decided by our next 13 fixtures , now that we have played City, Chelsea and Liverpool. The match against United is a six pointer, a must win, I will give up on Emery if he lose that match. From now onwards, we have 13 finals to play, and Emery better be up for it, as those matches are winnable.

I'm also in support of the treatment Ozil is getting from Emery, we need to ship Ozil out of the club, his 350k weekly wages is messing our wage burden, we can place three decent players on that wage. Ozil needs to be forced out of the club one way or the other. If benching him is one way to send the message to him, then long may it continue, it's not like he would have made any difference if played, the wimp couldn't even boss ordinary Cardiff City.


My anger is starting Lichsteiner. He has no future with us, so why keep starting him in such matches, unless Emery is protecting the likes of Niles from injury, I am yet to understand why Lichsteiner started this match.

Also we were made to believe that Leno is good on the foot, before we signed him. But from available evidence so far, Leno is not a good passer of the ball. Whenever the opponent frontmen put him under pressure, Leno most often than not fails to find his team mates, with his wayward upthrough passes, they either end up on Arsenal players well marked by opponents, or played straight into throwings.
If we are going to be playing from the back, then we obviously need a better goal keeper than Leno.

Most top teams attack from the wings!


If you noticed, the city defense didn't really have much to do, all of 'em were just bombing forward!!!

Now imagine if we had pacy wingers who can beat their man!, Those Laporte runs would have been non existent! The game then becomes more tactical!!!, any Laporte run, they get ready to be hit on the counter!

Imagine ordinary Laporte using our defensive line to learn passes!!!


We need wingers for now, defense can be sorted with some coaching...

Full backs should be instructed to defend first, let the wide men stretch the opposition and cut inside to release Lacazette or Aubameyang!!!
