there is actually a warranty, but it is only available in China for x5, but will you travel to China to repair a faulty phone? Outside china they only provide warranty for the global versions 5.1plus 6.1plus.

it can be used, but those hardware can mostly be gotten at the Nokia carlcare.

Yeah bro we can, just like any other brand which doesn't have a service center here, u other for the hardware parts for either through Jumia Global or AliExpress, the look for any good phone repairer to fix it for you. I know with time they will change that policy, and probably training more technical on how to handle their products repair.

well the funny thing is that I don't think they removed anything aside from less lte bands. The Chinese variant is actually even at a higher clock speed. They just price it lower in China to remain competitive as there are just too many phone brands

Not trying to counter you here as I see the point of your argument but truly what the other bro said is correct... They have different or say more LTE bands between them. The 5.1 supports more LTE bands of course
And to add here, China has a very big influence in production of most smart phones.
1. 80% of most smart phone production are in China and
2. The Chinese market is so large. It's like the entire profit share of west Africa + North Africa if not more.

Imagine the power on smartphone market from this region(country) alone.
