I already know of it,but your friend who kept gloating about Lagos's state IGR seems clueless! Our taxation is different from Nigeria's one thus you can't really compare revenues at the state or county level!

Access Bank Ghana Limited is to raise a total of GH¢450 million on the local bourse through a bond programme and rights issue expected to take place next year.

Proceeds of the capital raising exercises are to help support the bank’s operations and meet the Bank of Ghana’s recapitalisation directive.

A circular from the bank said Access Bank would be aiming at raising GH¢150 million under the bond programme that will subsequently be listed on the Ghana Fixed Income Market (GFIM) of the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE).

The remaining GH¢300 million is to be raised through a rights issue and the proceeds will be used “to meet the new minimum capital set by the BoG,” the bank said in a December 4 circular sent to shareholders.

Even in america some of the biggest companies listed on the stock exchange have collapse immediately just look at enron. Look at meddef empire. Stock exchange just give people their rights to buy shares on it. If you go 10 years ago google did not allow people to buy it shares on the stock change.

I've been trying all day yesterday, the network was crazy. If network was a being, I could have killed it.

Google is another problem. It do not provide you high quality pictures from this country. I had to search deep to find high quality. Anyways, I am still trying

Never mind. I did check a few images on google. I think Fasiledes Castle is the main attraction in the city if am right.

Exactly!! some of the points you made here correlate with what I said earlier. The IQ tests are standardised according to the morden Western way of life, which means Africans are bound to perform dismally in such tests since Africa is still very much backward,Africans' reluctance to adopt the 21st century life (or whatever it is that is holding Africa back) is the reason for the low IQ,not genetics as some people always imply.Maybe in my original comment I should have stated explicitly that Africa needs to worry about physical development of the continent instead of some tests.Every race of men started somewhere.

We were on the same page since the beginning. Either way, we have (or had) a massive mysterious problem in Africa. If we do not get it right this century, we deserve to go extinct because that's pure uselessness. It will be enough evidence that we are unfit.
