They are basically trying to save face with the silly discontinuance, the rubbish was DOA because it wasn't a Senate resolution based legal quest.

I'm sure the SC silently conveyed to the useless senators to withdraw their rubbish because it wasn't going anywhere.

In fact, where were they when the corrupt CJ canceled the NJC meeting indefinitely? They didn't know he was trying to evade justice by preventing the NJC from ever meeting to discuss his case?

You keep changing the goal post to support your floundering argument. You posted earlier today that the Supreme Court will decide the fate of Onnoghen and not CCT. Now, you are back to the NJC. Like I told you earlier, the NJC is not a court and cannot order the president around. If the NJC decides to upturn the suspension of Onnoghen, the decision will not be implemented the same way Jonathan rejected the lifting of Salami’s suspension. It’s game over for Onnoghen. It’s time for those around him to start telling him the truth. He can still resign honorably before February 13th. Failure to toe the path of honour, he will be docked on 13th February and if he fails to show up at the tribunal, a bench warrant for his arrest will be issued and he will be bundled like a common criminal before the tribunal.

A fact is that this government have disgraced itself by showing it hypocrisy with the supersonic speed its employed in the prosecution of the judicial coup against the CJN-Onneghen though the man is yet to be convicted.

How it's wished they applied this same principle in the prosecution of all the damning cases of executive & institutionalize corruption that have been and still being witnessed under the APC regime.

This is a big lesson to learn from by all commoners in Nigeria who follow dubious politicians without reasoning.
