Atiku promised to end ASSU Strike onhis first day of office. The longest ASUU strike was when this looter was the Vice President together with his boss OBJ. This is someone who do not value public schools. So, how do we trust you? Atiku think we are fools abi! NEXT LEVEL NIGERIANS 64 Likes 4 Shares

The longest ASUU strike in the history of Nigeria right now is under PDP, and some enemies of the State wants such party to come back to power to spend another 16years?, if such thing happens, I will rather relocates to the origin homeland of atiku(cameroon) or Republic of Benin where yoruba like me duel.... Is either Sowore or APC again........ 11 Likes |

Both ASUU and Fg are mad for playing politics with our future... How else do u describe this gross scandalous act of wickedness and selfish display of outright negligence and carefree attitude towards the educational system until now the elections is few days away. This act should be condemned by everyone, both young and old... This government should be stoned anywhere seen... This government should be prosecuted and sentenced to death by hanging without trials or anything. This government shouldn't be allowed in hell.... Their spirit should be left inside the sun 6 Likes 1 Share |

Silly Buhari. Clearing debts everywhere. Atiku would have just sold the whole thing once and for all. Sell OAU to that albino from Bayelsa. Sell U.I to Uche Secondus, sell Unilag to Bode George, Fayose will take Uniport. Unimaid can go to Shekau or Al-barnawi. Everything settled! 3 Likes |

Salary arrears is just one aspect of ASSU's demand. They want a total overhaul of the universities. Enough of fulfilling promises in fractions. 4 Likes |

Good one from the FG. ASUU should get their acts together at this point and let our children go back to school, they should not dare come up with some flimsy excuse after this. They should be guided! 3 Likes 1 Share |

What about the funding? I mean the hundred billion, how did they conclude on releasing it... Honestly, one naked truth everyone needs to agree to is that the same fate that faces the Nigeria Army before Boko haram when it comes to outdated arsenal is the same that will rock the Nigerian student, most especially those in science field who will be expecting to be tutored with 21th century machinery only to find out that his or her school is still holding on to the machines of the industrial revolution.. As the world moves, we also need to move along.. Get the university funded because a lecturer may have an idea about an invention but who is now expecting that lecturer to use his meagre salary to carry out that research.. Modern day facilities are needed without delay.. See where we are; a government that appreciate COWs more than its citizen, too bad 3 Likes 1 Share |

ASUU may likely call off the strike on Thursday, not because they care about the students or student's disenfranchisement in the forthcoming election as they opined on Twitter, but because of FG rule of forfeiture of salary following months absenteeism from work. They only care about their pockets! 4 Likes 1 Share |
