Yes I have active naija bank account that I operate on mobile app.

How does the treasury bill work? Is it riskfree like the FGN Savings Bond?

I think you can’t buy bonds online. You have to go through DMO’s to buy for you. However, You have to fill paper forms and scan. Not necessarily you must be physical to purchase it.
