Am sure your phone is the 3gig ram variant of note 5/6 pro. You should try and lock the apps you use frequently and also turn off miui optimisation. For the data zapping, can you please post screenshots of your data usage?
1. To lock apps, just tap the left navigation button(multi-task button) on your device and tap the lock icon.
2. To see data usage, look for the 'security app' on your device, open it, go to data usage, data usage stats.
I followed number 2.
Mine didn't show anything like "data usage stats"

I'm always surprised when people complain about their Apps being closed forcely and refreshing, I didn't experience any of this while I was still using MIUI on my Redmi5plus(3GB). Turning off MIUI optimisation should make a difference

This your own case is indeed a rom issue, but let's try battery saver first.
Tap the multi task button and hold on to any of the apps you want. Tap the settings icon that appear beside the app to take you to app info - scroll down to battery saver and select no restriction.

I was going to say this too. In fact, that's why I wanted to move on from tecno. It's hard to believe that a 6gb ram Pocophone will refresh after some time. Even my Nokia e-72 can keep pages open in opera mini for days.
This is an absurd something tbh.

You'll be advised to use another browser aside UC for the now, until hopefully an update is released to fix this. Another work around is, try and clear both cache and data on your uc browser and start again, if you don't experience this for some time, then it s an issue with app optimisation.

Looks like my first xiaomi phone that gave me hell on earth, I was confused cos what I was hearing about xiaomi phones and the actual experience were miles apart. The name of the phone was mi note 4g I think.

i think notch is a technology, its due to the course of getting higher screen to body ratio that has made these popular OEMs to come up with dew drop,waterdrop,teardrop nd currently the punch hole screens. Embedded camera is also on the works nd not to forget the likes of oppo with their pop-up camera. But still the battle for bezeless and higher screen to body ratio continues, a time will come u will ve no reason but to succumb. smiley

DHL shipping fee no pass customs own? grin
But seriously I don't think so, they're fast but pricey and they deliver straight to your doorstep so I don't think they incur custom charges.

Brother, I sympathize with u and sorry for the inconvenience, ur screen type is the cause of the problem and it is said to be rectified in d next update.
