This is not nice.. How can a graduate earn 12,000 to 20,000...it is so horrible.. That pay is not even fit for ssce holders... Pls make amends.

I saw it... And yeah.. The post also implies that even when target is met.. The max the person can get Is 20k. Hence 12-20k salary posted above. ... It is well... But I believe the firm can do better..

Guys, Chill out. Everything isn't about Money. Besides its just a start up and this is for a start, They shouldn't have actually added the salary there but they did. This shows sincerity of heart in my opinion. I believe things will still change in this country. No Hard feelings please. I saw it and decided to post it here in case there is someone that needs it.

What I see there is that it should be a part time job where the person will be working at his own convenient time while doing another thing. He/She doesn't need to resume in the office every morning.
