Used an invitation. First application that was denied, I used a hotel and reason for denial was purpose of visit. Second trial, met an old friend who decided to invite me for vacation.

I will suggest you travel rather to any of the Schengen zone, forget about Singapore, Schengen countries will likely cut it for you, Singapore is in Asia and might not carry so much weight but a visit to either Germany, France, Belgium or other countries in the Schengen zone might likely tilt visa approval for your application, you can also consider a visa application to the UK

was the visa granted second time and what is the time frame i know my denied too was base on purpose of visa cause i filled tourist instead of visiting maybe dey just add travel history to look more convincing

Yes, if you have a good profile in Nigeria like job / good salary, married / have kids although some single people can also be issued visa if their profile sounds good / convincing enough, land / house of your own and also if you have a good account balance / inflow / outflow and probably a good and well detailed visa application to convince them on why you want to visit their country as a tourist and that your economic ties back in Nigeria will not make you vammoosed but rather that you will return back to Nigeria after your visit and you will abide by the condition of your visa.

Once you are able to tighten up your visa application, I think you stand a chance all things been equal but I have also seen refusals with some applicants even though they meet the requirements, no thanks to thousands of other applicants who abused there visa and it makes almost every applicants to be lumped into one basket as potential immigrants/ runaways , the onus is on you to prove otherwise.

Please what is the chances of someone getting a Canadian Visa if the person has been denied USA Visa twice and UK Visa once .
The passport is virgin,hubby and child .no travelling history

It means Global Case Management System under the Canadian immigration system which has a detailed information about your files, visa application's, correspondence with immigration, refugees and citizenship Canada and as well as all the documents you submitted for your visa application and the notes minuted on your file by officers reviewing your application

Let me share a bit of good news.

I applied for my mum in July and September 2018 and both were refused due to insufficient financial assets as well as travel history. The funny part was the account was well funded and we explained that she was retired hence we would be supporting the trip.

Fast forward to January 19th and we reapplied with same documents but reduced amount now in the account. We wrote a letter addressing her refusal. February 6th, we received passport request

Submitted Passport Feb 6th awaiting passport return.

Persistence pays off as long as you know you aren't falsifying documents.
