Upwork’s algorithm is really fickle.

You never know what will trigger it into rejecting you.

In fact I have stopped working on Upwork and do freeelancing exclusively on freelancer.com

I have seen and heard too many stories of people getting rejected, suspended and even booted out. The fear is building all that social proof and seeing all your hard work go down the drain.

There’s no secret.

You have to throw everything at the wall and see what sticks.

The guide at the opening post just increases your odds of getting approved.

Please, don’t take shortcuts. Upwork can get you approved but they are very smart and will figure it out later.

Think long term.

Guys, don’t pay for anything that’s all over the internet for free.

You must learn how to solve problems on your own.

There’s so much info out there for free.

If you can’t solve little problems like this then you will struggle at this freelancing thing.

You are going to be facing hundreds of little problems per month freelancing. So you must learn how to troubleshoot stuff.

Do a google search, head over to YouTube and watch videos, invest in books and consume information that will move you forward with any task at hand.

Register with a new phone/laptop and use a different internet network.

I have a theory that Upwork blacklists IP addresses after rejection.

If you reapply with same IP they will figure it’s still you and you’ll get rejected again.

I'm into copywriting and content writing, but I chose copywriting alone as my only skill as you suggested in your earlier post.
I will keep trying and pushing till I'm approved , meanwhile I've created a new Freelancer.com account

No my friend it doesn't. I even tried that method. I took 3 tests and even had a score of over 4.0/5 for the three tests respectively but still they just won't approve. It can really be annoying.
